  1. Now lets not be hasty, just how rich is she, lol
  2. A tribute to the most feckless and useless first lady, Just another money-grab, coutesy of scared and observiant CEO's, doing anything to maintain anointment and protection as they kiss the ring of the Donald and hand over the envelope,
  3. Just a wind-up to increase his post count and waste our time,
  4. Basically agree, Would add that many may retire too early without a plan, consigning them to isolation, as a lonely bar stool welcomes them to retirement.
  5. Worse than click-bait, posting complete non-sense to increase post count, 🤨
  6. Excellent list, which I adhere to also, Though if possible the best storage environment is garaging the vehicle to keep it out of the elements, UV degrades plastic, rubber and oxidizes paint. Mice and rats can also be a problem as they can nest under the hood in the engine compartment, chewing on wires and other. Trickle chargers (battery maintainers), are also a good idea as they'll preserve all your vehicle's electrical settings, etc.
  7. No, rather a consequence of her anti-ICE activism, she serves not as a martyr but an example that when obstructing, harassing, and interfering with armed, not well trained people s... happens. When militant lesbian Karins run their playbook of harassment and interference, all to generate publicity and possible BS lawsuits, unfortunate out-comes can happen. Her lesbian mate appeared to have better sense and stayed out of the fray we have only one fatality and not two.
  8. In my neighborhood growing up, phrases like "a Jew won't rob you with a gun, but will rob you just the same", "stop trying to Jew me down", "you cheap Jew", etc., Anti-Semitism was taught early, unfortunately the Jews I met growing up did little to dispel these stereotypes,
  9. Jesus, these CC's whining over a few baht for coffee and calling it a "scam", 😓
  10. Elon is Trump’s Dick Cheney, aka Darth Vader, we could do worse 🙄
  11. Yes indeed, after sitting on your ass for hours the sooner you can stand and stretch is a relief, Also why do people try to ingress into a train, tram car before letting the occupants egress, but I digress, 🤔
  12. For many the simple presence of another person in their life may be simply to check up on them, in whatever capacity. This may be more for peace of mind than actual need. The perceived embarrassment or humiliation that their dead body is not going to be discovered for days, weeks, maybe longer because they were utterly alone is enough to induce one to some kind of living arrangement, well-check, etc. The fact is you're dead, no need to worry about the gossip, or what people think anymore. Scores of elderly die everyday in run-down tenements, only to be discovered by the landlord due to the odor coming from the dwelling. I for one will simply go on until I don't, and that will be that, my apologies to neighbors for the smell 😉
  13. In the west there is a saying, those with the most toys, win. Which I assume would mean upon one's death, the amount of material things they've accumulated is an indication of a successful and prosperous life.
  14. As others have mentioned, at some point one may miss social interaction, be it a small island or a remote cabin in the middle of nowhere. Then again, others enjoy the isolation. The key is not residing on a island so small you become friends with a soccer ball.
