You might have Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) checked, as some router/wifi routers doesn't like using that, I know that one of mine Wifi/router doesn't like it. Sometimes when you do a Windows 10 software update it will check the box. Go in Control Panel click on Network and sharing Center then on the top left corner click on change adapter settings, then right click on the connection you are using and chose properties, then scroll down to where it says Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and see if it's uncheck, then give it a try.

If you are leaving on the 20th, 5 days after your report date, you will be fine, as you are allowed to report 15 days before and upto 7 days after. That happen to me once, my 90 day was due on a certain day, but I was leaving in 6 days so I didn't bother doing a report, and I haven't had a problem since then.
