I tried to book for a Spouse renewal but there doesn't appear to be that choice Anybody used on line for that

We have had a True box via satellite for a few years That box was purchased outright About a year ago we decided to subscribe to True and had a new box fitted The engineer said it could share the same satellite dish with a separate cable All worked no problem but recently if the original box is not switched on the second TV starts to break up and even sometimes say there is no signal Anybody understand I thought being 2 separate boxes wired independently they should work alone
