  1. A very good article by Pravit. The very fact that some red shirts gloat at the exclusion of MF and see no problem embracing the junta parties'' silent coup confirms their status first coined years ago as red buffaloes.
  2. Pita rallying the faithful in Chonburi yesterday.
  3. Cholnan promising to resign as leader of PT if PT join with Pravit's party
  4. Thanathorn did too. I'm sure MF has many willing to take his place. When people believe in what they're saying, they naturally sound more inspirational than tired old faces repeating old cliches about nationalism.
  5. Jim is poster MrMojoRisin. His name is an anagram of the name of the great singer Jim Morrison of the equally great band,The Doors. Jim actually sings about Mr mojo risin in the song LA Woman. Mojo was slang for the male organ, I believe, as in the Muddy Waters song, 'Got my Mojo Working' and of course Austin Powers ran into trouble when his mojo stopped working.. I digress but back to the topic, yes the army has the toys but the young have the internet. imo a lot depends on PT. If they truly believe in democracy, they will stand firm with MF and go into Opposition rather than join hands with the junta boys who could only form a minority government. But so far it looks like they're betraying their pre- election promises. May their supporters spit on their burnt effigies if that is the case. It was good to see on Thai news this morning the clip of Dr Cholanan, PT leader, promising to resign if PT joined the junta parties. As Jim sings, ' The old get old and the young get younger, May take a week, may take longer, They've got the guns, we've got the numbers, Yeah ..we're taking over '.
  6. The establishment going all out to crush MF .
  7. Any foreigner who has lived in Thailand for a considerable time and is close to Thai people will understand what Jim is saying. The belief in 'good people' has dissipated amongst the young and educated. This is partly due to the rise of social media and the dissemination of material that used to be unavailable to the masses, as well as the ending of an era that many Thais could not conceive ending.
  8. Seree has how many MPs, is it one or two?
  9. The middle class never took to PT because they knew it was controlled by Thaksin who really only cared about himself. There was no party genuinely interested in reform in Thailand until Future Forward came along. The elite struck them down but Move Forward naturally emerged from the ashes . The authorities may ban MF but a successor will surely emerge, stronger with a groundswell of support.
  10. Prior election: Settha- ' I will never join with Pravit's or Prayuth's parties Cholman, leader of PT. 'I will resign as leader of PT if we join either with Pravit's or Prayuth's party'
  11. The new Constitution will override that.
  12. On the campaign trail Settha said he would resign if PT joined up with either Prayuth's or Pravit's party. PT leader, Dr Cholanan, ( spelling maybe dodgy) , said he would resign as leader if PT joined with either party
  13. I believe that's wrong. He invited Bhumjaithai and Chart Thai Pattana
  14. The senators' terms expire next June. They won't be around to approve the next constitution
  15. If Bhumjaithai join the coalition, or even just vote for Settha to be PM, then no Senate vote is needed in the process. Anuthin says he won't vote for any PM candidate that has MF in its coalition because of Clause 112 But MF have no hope of passing any bill regarding 112 as all other parties reject reforming it So: 1. Bhumjaithai shouldn't use this reasoning as a reason not to join . 2. MF could drop any plans for 112 for now.
  16. This constitution will be scrapped by the new government
  17. Gentlemen, have no fear. There is a beautiful constitution just waiting to be dusted off and used again. A constitution that sparked so much love among the populace at the time that back windows of cars were adorned with its symbol, a green flag. I speak of the 1997 Constitution. MPs, bring it back! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1997_constitution_of_Thailand
  18. Anuthin said he hadn't heard anything from PT. Maybe because the boss of PT, Thaksin, has contacted Anuthin's real boss, Newin. Lol
  19. Settha also said he would never join with Prayuth or Pravit's parties
  20. Apart from that his percentage of ITV shares amounted to something like 0.0135%. An important factor when you consider the EC dismissed a case against a Democrat MP possessing 200 AIS shares on the grounds the number was too low to affect company policy
  21. In the event of dissolution, MF MPs will have 60 days to move to a new party, just as FF MPs moved to MF when FF were dissolved.
