I'm all for the PAD albeit that it will cause trouble. Someone has to stand up to this regieme and if it's the PAD good on them.
Thank goodness Bulmercke is back

Hi, Since I stopped the TB drugs a few weeks ago my appetite has been crap. I have now bought Complan and am drinking it twice a day with rice milk. Has anyone any other ideas about ways I can either increase my appetite or suppliment drinks instead of meals?
Thanks in advance

I LOVE your avatar Johnny but can't advise. Are you seriously thinking of which month to get your partner preggers? If I was to hazard a guess at the best month to deliver I'd say May which means getting preggers in August. I am biased as those are my dates for my son

Hi Urbal, well some of the foodies would know in the food section so maybe post in there. There are some health food shops around Bkk but I'm afraid I don't know about this

You maybe should be more clear about what you want then people can help
Seems clear to me, unless his post has been edited
He is American, wants a Chinese visa, coming to BKK on the 12th, wants a website that shows fees, thinks 1500HK is too much.
Luckily he has found the answers.
IMO, old hands should not jump down on newbies unless they are trolls.
Exactly what i was thinking Harry, strange how some people sit behind a Computer yet feel the need that they can be so obnoxious to others who are merely asking for advice, when i very much doubt they'd do it in person, face to face..
Anyway, i've never had a problem obtaining a Chinese Visa in my British Passport, i go the the Embassy in person, it is on teh Asok Road i believe & next door to a Shopping Complex that has a small Tesco Lotus in it..
Drop it in in the morning of day one, pick it up in the afternoon of day two, simple..
Hey you two get a life, I found the OP quite confusing and POLITELY asked if he could explain and you accuse me of 'jumping on people' and being 'obnoxious' - you obviously don't know me it was a perfectly polite and innocent question

CMSally must have a really dull life if he/she thinks that life in the UK consists of 'reading the Sun, East Enders and a mind numbing job'... what a tw**
My point was that it only consists of that, if you should choose it to do so.
Which can be a similar situation to wherever you should find yourself located.
Apologies if not clear ; English is not my first language.
True CMSally, living on a tropical island in the middle of nowhere doesn't help. Bangkok was far more stimulating

Forgot to say that the boat will drop you at West Railay Beach and you just walk through from there to East Railay - there is not enough water to drive round to the East side
Dhammanando Monk
in Buddhism
Posted
Well I do know that Dhammanando studied under Ajahn Boowa for some years and I also know the Dhammanando chooses his words carefully and is very well experienced in Buddhism. He may know things we don't. I can't vouch for his every word but I do believe that criticism is neccessary in all things and questions do need to be debated.. in the Kalama Sutta the Buddha said that we should never believe something until we have experienced it for ourselves and I go with that doctrine
