Might be an idea to listen to a few podcasts by Tony Robbins. 

Also there is a great isolation tank in CM that might help you with thinking about the issue (and filter out the bad advice)

There is another shop between his shop and Tesco. So where I park is 1 shop away, but his restaurant being 24 hr buffet, they encroach on Tesco's parking space.
