  1. Aussietrooper,Is this more research for the book you are writing? Or another fools errand for the gullible via cyber space?

How is your Parisian Tattoo healing??

What tattoo my good friend??? Maybe I will get something really good just like yours.....did it hurt?

  2. I just want to say a big WELL DONE to everyone out there. It's not often we get a pat on the back so here is a big one from me. You have all been great so far, lets keep up all this good work.

    Best regards

  3. My mate uses Queen Vic on Soi 6 and has never had any problems....think they do breakfast before you leave and your back before lunchtime.

I usually go to immigration office in Jomtien if im only a few days over if not I fly to Cambodia, stay for a few days and make a little holiday out of it. The other half cant figure out why it takes 4 days to get a visa!!

  4. The more conventional drug for this is "Essentiale" ; I have seen it in BKK pharmacies. This is a combination of vitamins and minerals and does seem to work well. It will not "cure" a damaged liver but helps with the detox process. Magnesium supplements are also often overlooked in managing alcohol induced liver damage so useful to take supplements of this as well.

Im double dosing on this stuff....sounds like the dogs!!

  5. Anyone that doesn't buy Apple is crazy....I have had all the other crap for years.

Apple Mac is like a breath of fresh air...no virus, user friendly and compatible to all my old windows stuff.

Why would you buy anything else.

    That's easy - the price.

Another reason - not everyone wants to learn a new system after years on another.

A 2 year old could work it out...its very user friendly.

Perhaps one clue is the the P R I C E above. How much did your beloved Apple cost? Perhaps you also missed that they are made by the same manufacturers are the Windows laptops. So you are paying a lot of money for a name and software.

I paid about 2500 US Dollars....but is it really that much when its something I use for work and home daily....I have had it for a year already with no problems and it still impresses me daily.

As I cant see me needing an upgrade for a long while yet I think its worth paying the extra for quality.

  7. New York Pizza House is my favorite. I stopped eating Pizza Company when I found them.

Nick The Pizza was good for thin crust but they changed their cheese and completely ruined their pizza. I can't eat it anymore.

Some good and informative information there...well done!

  8. I suppose you mean the provider and not the cell-phone shop.

    There are 4 major providers:

    - AIS

    - Dtac

    - Hutch

    - True

Don't know much about Hutch and True, but AIS and Dtac can be compared in terms of quality and coverage.

AIS services can be bought at Telewiz shops around town and Dtac has its owns outlets, same as True

    Thanks

  9. I just check the menu out....will defiantly try it soon...thanks mate.

I just did and will never do it again  my meatlovers was burnt to a crisp (literally) only 2 types of meat (bacon and sausage) and even though there was a small sachet of pepper in the box they had already put too much on already no doubt trying to convince me it was the spicy ground sausage. :annoyed:

Thank got I only wasted 200 baht on a small one

This is terrible news....I was really looking forward to trying one, now I'm not so sure. Could this have been a one off or a trend??? Its a something that will need looking into very seriously. I will send a team of experts down to investigate....report to follow!!

In the mean time anyone with further info on this place please post.

  10. If you drink enough that you think you are damaging your liver, the smart thing to do would be to stop drinking. Liver disease is one hell of a painful way to die.

As one poster pointed out, once liver cells die, they form scar tissue and scar tissue will not "repair" itself, nor will it "regenerate" new liver cells.

Livers do not really repair themselves, but healthy liver cells can generate new liver cells to help replace dead ones. However, there is a limit to that and eventually a liver reaches a point of "no return" where even total abstinence from alcohol will not save you from a debilitating and painful death. Only a liver transplant can help at that stage. (I got mine three years ago.:whistling: )

    Do you still drink now?
