yes and it was 240 USD, unlocked, new from factory. The only thing I see lacking with my Moto G7 Power I got in 2021 that I may want in the near future is that it doesn't seem to handle one of those virtual or E SIMs that one can get and use while traveling internationally.

The income tax issue is far from clear. current wording says a foreigner may have to file at least the assessable income tax forms to then determine what if any income would be taxable. And that only has to be done if one is in Thailand for 180 days in one calendar years. Many have posted that since they know their income is not taxable, they plan to not submit any tax forms at all. I defer to more experienced tax people.

For future use if you do a lot of single page scanning, there are hand held scanners out there you can buy. Swipe them over the page. Some look like wands. Many Travel agency shops have copy/scanners. Just ask if you can use them for one page and offer 20 or 50 baht for a tip.. Machine can send the scanned pdf file to an email address you enter or bring a Thumb drive and save it to that

Take a photo with your phone. Save it or convert it to a PDF. A pdf file is what a copy/scanner typically outputs. The jpeg format or PNG format your phone camera may save the photo as would not be acceptable as he seems to want a scan which usually means pdf

well just ordered several target and shell gas gift cards. They are sent USPS. So some things really do get mailed. Even stupid Medicare every month insists on paper mailing my premium bill even thought I pay it online. Premium economy used to be great on EVA but then they re designed all the seats and took away the big foot rest that was part of the chair and now the seats just have little foot pegs on the back of the seat in front of you. Vastly different than what the seats used to be

Plain old seat belt is poor protection. One is likely to slam upper body and head into steering wheel etc. Belt with Shoulder harness is so much better. I had one of my cars totaled when a car plowed into me. Man I actually had black and blue bruise marks on my body from the shoulder harness strap. Definitely would not have fared well had I slammed into the steering wheel

Have had a Motorola G7 Power since 2021. Paid 250 all in as I recall. It Does everything I need. I load a few apps now and then from the play store. I do use Maps often as I travel and drive in places new to me in the USA. Voice, text, chat, can access the internet. One Etrade banking app I install and then uninstall once I remote deposit checks I get now and then. My usage is minimal so I do not need anything more. Others may need or want more. But the price for Apple IPhones to me just seems unjustified.
