  1. I have transferred money via Bangkok Bank in NYC several times. Domestic fees are charged and the service is efficient.

Make sure that the name on the transfer is exactly the same as the Bangkok Bank account or Bangkok Bank will send the money back. I had that happen one time.

Transfer time is much quicker than an International transfer. Sometimes I have gotten it the next day.

  2. This was done a few years ago by a private company Mermaid Cruises. They gave it up in December 2011 as it wasn't making money.

Consulting them might speed up the study.

  3. I like the Nakonsawan Garage on a side street just off Thepprasit just East of Theppraya. They also have a car wash before you get to the garage. You can stop at the car wash and ask how to find the garage.

I have used them several times and think they are reasonable with price and service. Card attached.

  4. There are several tailors on the streets behind TukCom. I used Suit Mark next to the TukCom parking garage. A nice well made suit and shirt cost 3,600 in Oct. 2013.

Nice Thai run Business. They speak excellent English. Best to take a Thai friend to help with negotiation.
