Their burger is great presentaion for your GFs instagram, but its actually a pretty sub par burger. . I would never go there again

So still no conclusion. - Looks like i can make a safe bet by getting an ATT unlocked ?
-
Well by looking at this chart
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellular_frequencies
and this chart
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telecommunications_in_Thailand
i think the important one is "3g technology" and "4g technology"
so by the looks of it, I can have an ATT -> AIS
or a Verozin -> True Move
im just guessing on this, but I think its right
btw... my n3 is a bit beatup and probably not worthy to sell

Heyo, planning on coming over to LOS from USA in a few weeks and I wanted a Galaxy s6 that I could swap between a USA pre-paid and AIS pre-paid
Right now I have a Note3 bought in Thailand that works on T-Mobile (bad service) in the USA, but not Verizon (best service)
What I want to know is if I get the Verizon s6 (unlocked) will it work on the Thailand bands?
Thanks in advance for your answers

I don't care what's in dukes pepperoni....its an excellent pizza!
Agreed, We like the Greek pizza very much, but sometimes you want a pepperoni amercain style
and need to know where to look. .
-
I think what the OP is referring to is American style pepperoni which is a mixture of beef and pork and has a fair amount of chili pepper in it. There is also available here pepperoni made by TGF which tastes more like a traditional salami as it is all pork. Not sure if there is even such a thing as pepperoni in Italy.
If you ask for a pizza with peperoni in Italy you will get a pizza with red peppers on it. (Note the absence of the third 'p'.) A spicy salami is about as close to American style pepperoni as one will find in an Italian pizzeria.
Ahh. but the Dukes is not an Italian Pizzeria. . it is an "amercain" place
Love the pepperoni they use at Mr. Chan's. Definitely my favorite pepperoni I've had anywhere.
Hmm.. would you consider it comprable to "amercain pepperorini"
Baseline defintion for the internet sleuths and euros for amercain pepperonoi is same same you get at dominos. . :-)

yes, probably correct. Im reffering to "american peppeorini" I guess, as it is on 95% of all pizzas you get in America. Whatever else is defined as "pepperoni" is not what I am reffering to.
Now this being thailand I wouldn't actually expect any place that says "pepperoni" to actually be pepperroni, but seeing that the dukes
is the dukes and there is an (amercain) duke behind it who states that he loves to eat, I would think that "pepperorini" means "pepperoni" not something else. . .
so. . I guess we will call it salami and continue our quest
(side question: anywhere in CM serve a real "amercain pepperoni" pizza?)

confirm for me or ..
the pepperoni pizza at the dukes is actually salami. .
true or false?

Its all Limestone around here, Not sure if you really want to be doing trad in that. . but that is your personal call.
There are hundreds of clean pristine sport routes here
http://www.mountainproject.com/v/crazy-horse-general-area/106579963
and another hundred unlisted and chossed up at up around Chaing Dao and some in Lampang..
Im out of the area for a few months, but you can find partners by asking around at the climbing wall here https://www.facebook.com/ClimbNoGravity
or at the CMRCA gym in the old city. http://www.thailandclimbing.com/bouldering-wall/ (they have a gear shop there too)
if you really are set on doing trad in limestone, then, there are some awesome untouched multi pitch lines waiting for a FA up around soopong, if you are on a mission
drop a PM and I will tell you where to look.

You can get an amerikan lawyer to file an UDRP with ICANN to take down the domain name
provided you have all the correct documentation and proof that the brand is yours
it will cost about $3k USD and they can go ahead and register another which you will have
to repeat the same process

Looks nice, but a joke at 22,000 THB. "Free" shipping though...
ok thanks duude. next time, I will just not reply.
if you are going to ask a question , dont be a cheap ass bitch to
a person who neutrally answers it for you. just say thanks or nothing at all
good luck on your search.

There are dozens of fully functional resorts of all service levels in Pai that are completely empty 10 months out of the year. If you stayed away from December I am sure it would be easy to find a good one willing to hand over the keys... Best way is to show up and poke around. with a bike or car loop around the valley and just stop at one you like. they are all empty.
and ...if you want Sattvic food, better do some serious supervision and QC and followup in the kitchen... they may think it doesn't taste good enough and throw in some MSG or pork when your not looking.
-
thanks for the link. we actually checked it and other threads out. Still I suspect he wants to talk to a lawyer with good connections.

I have a friend that is looking to get Thai Citizenship. Can someone recommend a well connected high end lawyer that could maybe help expedite the process.
Thanks.

is there any place that serves proper Beef BBQ ribs (Yankee style)

"They" did the same thing to the wikileaks guy.... dont play ball with "them" and they will racket up some charge..
usually something career destroying like sexual assault (even if the courts later prove it to be false)
all is not as it seems...
</conspiracy>

The Chiang Mai FC, pays its falang players (mostly African) 10,000 baht bonus per goal they score, but the Thai players only get 1,000 baht bonus per goal.
So the Thais wont pass the ball to the falang......
that is all you will ever need to know about the Thai sports "industry"

I want to get some decent swords shipped here from USA, nothing antique, but fine steel and blades
the company shipping them is concerned about customs confiscating the swords as they are actually weapons
since it would be impossible to get a somewhat realistic answer from anybody official, lets see
what TV has to say...
aside from the normal danger of having ANYTHING shipped in... is there any specific laws regarding
swords or blades that I need to know about?
-
The actual Law is for Thai People, not Thai Expats
but i can see why it can get confusing to the point of nobody
knowing anything.

Just before I moved I discovered Tequila Reef near the intersection. 100% authentic Tex Mex and the best Mexican I've had in Thailand. I used to live in San Francisco so I do know Mexican food (well - at least the variety served by U.S. Mexicans).
I do need to mention my favorite Cafe in Pai too, the Witching Well. Everything they have is delicious - coffee, cakes, food, it's all great. And chef Anon occasionally makes specials that truly blow my mind. I've never actually seen a raspberry pavlova anywhere else in Thailand, let alone a perfect one like Anon makes. I even took a picture.
you must have lived in some other San Francisco than the one in California....
but yeah Witching Well is the bomb! They used to run a posh city bistro in HK and just ported the menu and quality over
pumpkin soup or the deserts are my favorite
