Hey everybody!! My name is Trent, I am a chef and my wife is Thai.
Just joined... My wife's in Thailand for few weeks until I get there so in my boredom I found this website. Its got quite a lot to say!
I am keen to stay acquainted with you all and share experiences.
I love everything Thai and would love to live the country life with the family some day but alas it will have to wait for now.
With our traditional wedding in 10 weeks I have enough to worry about!

I want to find a respectable Job in Thailand to earn supplementary income. I would really like to share my knowledge of western cooking and work part time teaching others these skills.

How Long To Boil An Egg?....In Thailand?
in Western Food in Thailand
Posted
1. Boil water.
2. When the water is boiling briskly, place the eggs in the submerged water.
3. Set the timer to just 3 minutes; don’t overcook! For a larger egg cook it may be 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove eggs from the boiling water and put them under cool running water for 30-45 seconds to stop the cooking process.
(For hard boiled 9 minutes and leave in cold water for 10minutes afterwards)
