You have "Gerd" (prononced gourd) The gut produces to much acid during eating,which signals the Osopigous? To close therefore blocking food etc. a can of coke (gas) will help push the blockage through in an emergency. But you may have to go on medication (pantozole or similar) Forever as do I.

I am in bkk. But like you waited and waited I am in bkk. Like you i waited and waited after registration,then I heard the auto confirmation email service had crashed, So I just fronted up,no appointment and received my 1st Pfizer jab all under 1.5 hours with a 2nd appointment made for 3 weeks. Good luck.
