100% sure, no. You could have divorced 3 months ago and present a Kor Ror 2 from 4 month ago. So I think it better be recent. Otherwise there might be questions from the immi officer.

I did not put it to the copies and noone asked for the latest 90 day report. Last year the immigration lady looked it up in the system and made a comment about it, but also did not ask for a copy. Passport copies: They took all of them and left it with the documents handed in. I guess - without knowing for certain - that at least all pages since the last extension should be copied.

I returned from Switzerland on July 7, also no TM6 and I had to do none of these things. Just fingerprints of the right hand, photo taken, stamped and I was back in. I have a non o visa with a reentry permit. Maybe this process only happens with tourists?

I was in Chaeng Watthana last week. I just had to fill out a form, that no contact with Covid infected happened the last two weeks and so on. Neither did I have to show a vac certificate nor a negative test result. It's quite a useless procedure, but I guess they feel better doing it.
