My favorites one and mostly consistent quality still PIZZA BIG & a small place I discovered lately on third Rd. right hand side just before overpass to Bali High, CASA RIZZI, who does an excellent Marinara Italian style. Well seasoned and tasty, maybe an inch bigger would draw more people. Big disappointment the new place on Bouakao opp, LK Metro. Was so happy to see it open and so disappointed when we tried it out. Any pizza under the 100 baht mark ? Italian food is so expensive in pattaya, it has turned into a real luxury for "normal" people

The only "proper" company I know of is www.kirz.com, they are used to high end installs and have offices throughout Thailand (including Pattaya).

I wouldn't waste my time with somebody from Tuk Com or Wattana, if they were any good they wouldn't be working in these places.

Another alternative is to go to the lobby of a decent hotel or two and connect to their wifi, you are usually asked for the username/password given to you by reception, but on that page at the bottom you may see the details of the company that installed the system.

No luck so far. This is a difficult case, as most larger and more complicated systems seem to have problems. Exact workmanship and up to date knowledge is needed to install a good system. Hopefully somebody will have some positive feedback. was hoping a foreign run company would come forward. Thanks. PF.

Wattana who you mean advised me to go to their branch in Tuk Com as they specialise in lap tops. I looked at changing it myself but with this particular model laptop it's not as easy as ones I have done previously.

I just had my PC upgraded from XP to Win7 at Pattaya 2 You. No malware, and I've used 2 scanners to make sure. Doing another scan in safe mode now to make sure.

+ 1 have been using them for many years and done many, many jobs with them. Super service, even warrant their work and never ever had a problem. Wattana is also good, but these days prefer Pattaya2You. PF.

I have not been to/on Koh Chang for years, but have heard that the beaches & sea have deteriorated a lot. Reefs dying and fish scarce.

I need an up to date recommendation for a nice resort on a clean beach with clear waters. Similar to Lamai Beach Samui etc.

I am aware that seasons have a big impact on sea-currents and trash being washed up. This trip should take place next month....

Would anybody have some feedback or possibly alternative? I'd like to make sure my friends have a good vacation in a nice tropical

Yes, make him leave or wait until he is out one day, pack his stuff, leave with security and instruct not to let back onto property. Need to tell and tip manager & head of security. Then lock your place securely and go for a nice vacation on Samui.

Overseas Travel, half way up on Soi Post office. Been around for 20 yrs. and always perfect service. Even booking changes and other support, when I mail them from trip abroad. Full tickets handed out at time of payment. PF.

Don't know about Butcher-Shops. But Soi Diamond (off Walking-Street) has at least 2 excellent Swiss-Restaurants. Good but not exactly cheap. I don't go there anymore, although the food is good.

Why not? The staff confuses Soi Diamond in Pattaya with Zuerich Switzerland, and a tip under 50 Bht is considered as an insult. On top of it, the staff consists of old and ugly and simply worn out thai-females. Amen!

Time is too short. Train or Bus to Chumphon or Suratthani, then ferry, you loose 1 day / same coming back. Hotels heavily booked and many overpriced.

If you want an alternative try Samet, You leave 7 am with minibus (any travel-agent) and are on the beach by noon. Do NOT go to Malibu Beach or use Malibu Pier. You will be disappointed!

Go from main Pier near / op. 7/11 with public boat and walk up to the main beaches where you should be able to find a bungalow. Happy New Year! PF
