Got a new passport last Friday.  WP expires at the end of April.   Can I just wait and go to Immigration on the 30th and do everything at once?

I've overstayed twice, you can bash me.....Once was maybe nine or ten years ago, had a tourist visa and I remembered the wrong date.  Maybe it was the date that said, "must enter...." i don't know....7 days overstay.  

next time....had to do with a new contract at work and the 90 day check-in date....i remembered one, forgot the other, and i was out of town when my contract ended........ it should have only been 1 day overstay but i think they made me come back with more paperwork and it was a few days more.  

100% my fault...  i have a feeling it won't happen again, but i don't know.  

maybe visit peru, chile, but only for a few days.  Safety is a big reason why Thailand is preferable.  Latin America simply isn't even remotely as safe, and transportation is immensely more difficult.  You would have to pay me to go to Mexico and Central America, really.  I might love it, and i probably would.  nice people, great food (really great), but the safety issue is not be be ignored.  So many countries in S. America are under turmoil, and that leads to bad things in the entire continent....sure, Venezuela and Brazil and Argentina may not be "that close"... but close enough.  Ask me again in 20-years....i'm sure it's super beautiful.  

i wouldn't be quick to say fake....but i definitely think re-furbished, not 100%, faulty, cheaper for a reason, and cannot trust.   genuine, probably, but maybe not good enough to be sold for retail.

if you got mad, there may be some underlying issues.  like not liking the entire teaching situation.  i get it.  so if you get mad at your new school, maybe try another country.  not being harsh, i get it.  falangs get used all the time, but some farangs fight back in a diplomatic way.  like going to the school everyday and politely asking for money for the sign.  maybe 10,000.  just be very careful in what you say.  If their English is horrible...."Sign, very pretty.  Me.  10,000 baht.  I want.  No work here.  I no say OK."  lol.  all i can say is, unfortunately, you might be getting mad at something else pretty soon.
