Nonsense, they have government hospitals for that.
The only nonsense is written by you!
Thais only have access to public hospitals (free) if they contribute to social security.- 1

Sorry to show my ignorance but I have an AIS Sim card for years paying about 500 per month. I use for data, LINE ,some TV on line and some phone calls etc. Most of the time I connect the phone to home WiFi.
If I buy one of these annual sims from Lazada or Shopee, can I transfer my existing simcard phone number. Sorry if it's a 'dummies' question.

at some 7.5k per dose and later every 6-12 months, how many families can afford it?
I thought there was a cap of 3,000?

Inexcusable that this wasn't thought of before!
People in England are castigating Boris Johnson ----- they should see this lot.

Nationality should NOT be be issue, older and those with health problems should come first no matter where you were born. This will see young Thais vaccinated before 80 old foreigners with diabetes, not just racist but almost criminal from a public health point of view
I don't think Thais in the UK were pushed to the back of the queue!

Nope; the largest group of private hospitals in Thailand charges foreigners higher fees. That practise is in place for years already. It is not based on insurance company btw, and its up to the doctors discretion.
Yes that's true. A friend went to Bangkok Heart Hospital and the doctor asked if he lived here because There was a lower rate.
I always point out that I am a resident and have no insurance.
Once I told an ophthalmologist that an MRI she recommended was too expensive and she offered to write an introduction letter to the government hospital she worked at a couple of days a week.

Thailand passed a law making it illegal to smoke in your home, there is no law about smoking outside on the balcony.
Where did it say the partner was female, or the OP was male for that matter?
Thanks, that's the info I was after.

Legal or not, I don't know,
But if I had a choice of living next door to your partner, or your neighbour, I'd pick the neighbour every time.
Thanks but you did not answer my question.

Thank you and whilst I agree, I asked a legal question, not for a lecture.

I am having a dispute with a neighbour. He is objecting to my partner smoking on our balcony, saying it permeates into the room, then out of closed doors and windows into a communal area.
He say , along with "do you know who I am" , that smoking in a condominium room is illegal and next time he will call the police (because of who he is).
Is smoking inside a condo illegal?

Which hospitals are these? Do tell as you seem to know.

European nations including Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Norway and Iceland have decided to stop using the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine due to serious blood clot incidents reported in many countries.
They have SUSPENDED vaccinations during examinations of the patients with blood clots.
30 blood clots in 5 million vaccinations! There is NO suggestion that the clots were caused by the vaccine! There would be more than this in a pre- covid time. Don't cherry-pick your news sources.
Anyway, if you will refuse yours (in favour of the Chinese one?) can I take your turn in the queue for Astra Zenica please?

I don't understand -- since March, I've only once ever seen someone without a mask (and he was accompanied by a BTS staff member).
What I do find strange is that they announce sanitization gel at all stations. But nearly always at the 'in' turnstiles.
I would like to see it also at the exits after holding onto escalator rails, straps and stanions (whatever they are).
Personally, I try to stand balancing touching nothing.

It's not about people taking their own risks.
It's about the risks to the public in general that recklessness causes.
I was responding to bars really. I can see allowing drinks at actual restaurants that are following protocols, as opposed to scam games of bars acting like they're restaurants as a loophole.
On what do base your comments?
Do you have data that shows that consumption of alcohol or dining at restaurants beyond 21:00 increases the transmission of the virus.
