Right, because expelling them will clearly set them on the right path... What is needed is to seriously deal with the root causes of the problem - which are <deleted>ty education, <deleted>ty futures, <deleted>ty cops (some of whom came from this background) and, to be a bit more detailed; dealing with the cultural myths that exist to prolong this nonsense between rival schools. All this stuff is created by peer pressure going back at least 50 years (but probably more).
