Reading you post it appears you used the first one before you got the 2nd one. It was marked used so they issued another one later.

You are right, I just looked in my passport, the one issued the 18 January 2018 is marked “Used” and the other one was issued 3 November 2017.

They will not issue a 2nd re-entry permit. You cannot have 2 valid re-entry permits in your passport.

Well, they must have made a mistake then, because back in 2017, I got a re-entry permit (single entry) as I was going home with the wife in February and coming back in March.  Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to go home in November, so before I left, I went to Jomtien Beach Immigration to get another re-entry permit (single entry), which they did give me, so when I came back, I used the number on one re-entry permit to put on my TM-6 and I used the other one for the second trip, no questions asked.  Maybe they didn’t notice the original one.

Glad I picked up a full dose of Moderna in the States 5 weeks ago as my booster....of course I could not have gotten that here in Thailand unless I paid for it.  Had the 2 AZ's last year at MedPark hospital.

I don't understand your problem, I've had 2 Pfizer vaccines back home last year and this January I got a free Pfizer booster shot for free in Nakhon Phanom.

You will need to change your address by submitting a TM30 report before doing the 90 day report.

I have done my 90-day report using the new link for the first time.  It was due on the 25 January but I did it on the 12 in the morning and I got a Receipt of Notification in the afternoon and it says that I have to notify my address again on the 11 April which is 89 days.  Is it normal?  If so, I would have waited closer to the 25 January as I am leaving on the 18.  Thanks for your help.

They were wrong and probably did not check the requirements to enter Thailand.

Check here using passport dates that are less than 6 months with intended stay of less than 6 months. https://www.skyteam.com/en/flights-and-destinations/visa-and-health or here on the IATA site. https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/passport-visa-health-travel-document-requirements.htm

Again, thank you very much for your quick response, unfortunately the damage is already done.

    That is correct.

For those from many countries there is no 6 months requirement to enter the country. The only requirement is that it must be valid for the length of stay you get when entering the country.

Well with my luck, a few years ago I was going to Bangkok from Toronto, Canada via JFK airport, I was only going for 1 month, coming back the first week of September and my passport expired on the 4 December, Air China refused me at the checking-in counter saying that they wouldn't let me in Bangkok, so I had to go back, $ 620.00 USD and one hour flight, I was back in Toronto.

You can do it up to 15 day before your report date.

My office is only about 10km away but I do them online since it is one less the thing I have deal with. A few minutes of time is all it requires without even leaving the house.

Thank you very much for you quick reply.  I just want to try it to find out if it works and how long it will take to get the confirmation.

Was that using the new or old system.

You probably been asked a zillion times but how many days before can you file your 90-day report?  I am registered with the new system.  I have never used the old one, I am just curious and to me, if I have a problem I  don’t have very far to go, 30kms from Nakhon Phanom.

Required before you can board a flight to Thailand. Also many other countries.

You get a test 72hrs before departing you own country, unless you have a few day before entering Thailand then it would be required.  I had my PCR test at 10.00 am on the 24 October, I left my country at 08.15 pm on the 26 October and arrived at 08.00am on the 28 October in Bangkok, no test in between.

    Don't know how this happened

Anyways Gerard,  Try Dynalife.ca  Cost $150.00 CAD inclusive of all taxes.  Working with 26 baht to 1 CAD.  Let's see, hmm carry the eleventeen and I arrive at 3900 baht.

You know we've been poking fun at you guys for years.  Toronto and Canada ... are NOT the same thing (Go Habs). ????

I checked, they are located in Edmonton, it is quite a way from Kingston, On to Edmonton just to get a PCR test.  I don't know where I could save money.

    Hmm, Your mileage may differ,

Departure from Canada PCR test                     3900 thb

Phuket arrival PCR test                                       2400 thb

SHA+ hotel room Kamala Beach Phuket            1518 thb

Taxi from airport to hotel                                     820 thb

10 San Miguel lite                                                   900 thb

I don't know where in Canada you can get a PCR test for 3900thb, I had a test done in Ontario last month and it cost me $ 169.00 + tax and it was the cheapest one that I could fine.  If there are something that you know and we don't, please let us know.  Cheers.

Important is that you realize that the local embassy (the one which you selected in the form) is responsible for your application. Call them! Tell them your application is urgent because you fly on ...

    That's what I did.

Well in Canada you cannot talk to anybody or if you send them an e-mail they do not reply.  Very frustrating.

Lots of choices on AGODA Quarantine, I’m guessing the new AQ package includes the mandatory PCR tests (day 1 & day 6)

The PCR test cost approx. 2500-3,000 each, maybe less now.

    Bangkok Quarantine AQ 7 day

    NOVOTEL 7,800

Pattaya Quarantine AQ 7 day Still not showing up yet

Make sure its Quarantine package DON”T PAY unless your 1,000,000% sure you have everything sorted

Thank you very much, I'll check it out.

As I wrote the medical insurance is only required for certain visas for retirement for Thailand.

There are companies here in Thailand that offer the covid 19 insurance. I have one I got in April of last year and renewed it for another year.

The $$100,000 covid 19 insurance coverage is require for all entries. See this site. https://covid19.tgia.org/

Thank you very much, I forgot about that one.  I checked that one before and they insured up to 99 years old and a good price.  Thanks for refreshing my memory.

That would of been the $100,000 covid 19 insurance coverage required for all entries to the country.

He was writing about the 40/400k baht medical insurance required for Non-OA and Non-OX visas that is now temporarily required when applying for a non-o visa based upon retirement at a embassy or official consulate.

Covid 19 basically started in 2020, in my country Canada, I don't know any insurance companies that will insure you for Covid 19 only, they all want your money.  The reason they want every body insured is because to many people get into accidents or conditions and they cannot pick up the tab.  Am I wrong?  Thanks for your always valuable input.
