  1. In Chiang Mai, I bought at "Singharat Pharmacy" Cazosin brand (Doxazosin 4mg) : 320 baht one box 100 tablets. At "Chiang Mai University Pharmacy", I bought Finax brand (Finasteride 5mg) : 330 baht one box 30 tablets.
  2. Does anyone know if "Prostate Artery Embolisation" is available in Thailand ?
  3. Thank you for your message but this is list of requirements to apply for a 90 days Non O retirement visa in an Immigration Office, not for a one year extension of stay. I have already a 90 days Non O retirement visa and will apply soon for a one year retirement extension of stay.
  4. I stay in Thailand now with a 90 days Non O "retirement" visa and will apply soon for a FIRST one year retirement extension of stay. I rent a studio in a residence at Udon Thani in a monthly rental contract basis and few days ago I found out about the list of requirements at Immigration Office there. I was very surprised that they required a one year rental contract and not less because for some reasons, some of us don't want or can't stay live one year at the same place... So, I am looking for recent testimonials from some of you who would have succesfully applied for a FIRST one year retirement extension of stay in a monthly or quaterly rental contract basis only.
  5. My advice before doing a border bounce in order to cancel a valid OA extension of stay is to make sure that your immigration office can accept a Non O visa "retirement" application. Because not all Immigration Office in Thaïland allow it. For example, at Mae Sai Immigration Office (main office for Chiang Rai province), they don't accept a Non O "retirement" application for those who had an OA extension of stay before, even if it was canceled by doing a border bounce. They tell to people to go to Thaï Embassy abroad to do it, at Vientiane for exemple.
  6. Did anyone succeed recently to apply to a 90 days Non O "retirement" visa at Mae Sai Immigration by first having to bounce out at "Mae Sai/Tachilek" border in order to kill off a OA extension of stay ? Yesterday, I have been to Mae Sai Immigration Office and they refused to allow me to apply for a Non O visa "retirement" because I currently have a Non OA extension of stay, even if I kill off it by doing a border bounce and come back with a 30 days visa exempt. They told me that I have to apply for a O visa "retirement" at the Thai Embassy in Vientiane, Laos
  7. This is the official requirements list to apply for a 90 days Non O "retirement" visa in Immigration Office in Thailand

  9. About 800 K baht in Thai bank, does Chiang Mai immigration accept a fixed deposit account or only saving deposit account ?
  10. I currently live in Jomtien and do my 90 report on line at Jomtien Immigration. If I change permanent adress, still in Jomtien, and fill a new TM30 at Jomtien Immigration, can I still do my next 90 report on line or need to do the next one in person ? Thank you for your answer.
  11. Hello, Chiang Mai Immigration didn't required anything about proof of adress ? (If tenant : rental contract / If owner : copy household registration & chanote. Did they required 800 000 baht in bank two months before your application date, 6th july ? Thank you Best regards Bruno
  12. Thank you but is it ok even if I don't live anymore at my current address in Jomtien after leaving my current rental condo ?
  13. I currently rent a condo in Jomtien which is my TM30 registered adress at Jomtien Immigration Office for 90 days report and retirement extension of stay renewal. I plan to make soon a long trip tour througt Thailand for some months, living only in hotel or short time rental. So, if I check out from my current rental condo and don't fill a new TM30 in another Immigration Office during my long trip, can I still make online 90 days report to same adress ? Thank you.
  14. In addition to the bank certificate, did they required evidence of foreign currency fund transferred to your Thai bank account as indicated in the list of documents to provide (5.3) ?
