Just received an update. Being a Canadian, coming from Canada, all I need to enter Thailand is a valid passport. ( with more than six months left on it ) They may ask me if I have 20,000 baht, but they have never asked that question before.

Coming from Canada.....they won't let me in until I buy travel insurance......medical assiatance of at least $10,000 usd.
