  1. "It's all pipes - what's the difference?"
  2. This must be the least convincing cockney impersonation since Dick Van Dyke starred in Mary Poppins 😐
  3. If this is the case, why haven't any details emerged?
  4. "She's a very kinky girl The kind you don't take home to mother She will never let your spirits down Once you get her off the street, ow, girl" Rick James, Super Freak
  5. Even Trigger admitted that during his 20 year relationship with his broom there'd been 17 new heads and 14 new handles...
  6. Seems that it will mostly only affect transfers above ฿50k - discussed recently here:
  7. Both SCB and Krungthai have done the same in the past year or two.
  8. So the SCB app will still work, but for transfers over 50k it will need to be done in multiple transactions?
  9. Cinderella story
  10. This was quite interesting, especially the parts with Joe Dispenza. The movie was made 20 years ago, the people behind it subsequently got pulled into the inner circle of the more recent NXIVM sex cult.
  11. I just got one book, Hugo's "Latin American Spanish in 3 months", found it very useful back then. Naturally there'll be many more options available now.
  12. Definitely worthwhile if you plan to be there for a while. Latin American Spanish is easier to pronounce and understand than the way it's used in Spain. A lot of vocab is similar to other southern European languages too, so if you already know some French for example it's quite easy to pick up. I studied a couple of months before a trip to South America in the 1990's and never regretted it.
  13. I'm not sure going after swingers is the right direction either.
  14. As mentioned above, most likely it got processed but the reply went astray. That said it's an interesting question - any cases where people have been fined for missing 90 day reports from previous trips?
  15. For a few years already quite a common issue with the screens on the flagship Samsung models is vertical lines appearing and proliferating. Very expensive fix, and something that doesn't seem to affect the midrange and budget models. Buyer beware!
  16. Thought you were maybe talking about Harold who married porn star Nong Nat for a moment there...
  17. I got one from there a couple of years back and almost exactly a year after owning it the entire faux leather coating started to disintegrate and fall off. Made a hell of a mess, had to take it outside with a stiff brush. Mechanically it's still sound and comfortable but it needs something to cover it. Interestingly I subsequently saw the exact same model in an even worse state, last year I noticed a shop owner had one and every square inch of the black coating had gone.
  18. Suspenders means braces in US English.
  19. I just completed this quiz. My Score 100/100 My Time 43 seconds
  20. Cheapest pharmacies are those in the vicinity of hospitals (eg around Victory Monument and Siriraj). Pet shops also should have a much cheaper version of the medicine, maybe 4 mg per tab x10. The 60mg quoted by a pharmacy above will be a typo and probably refers to the whole pack.
  21. The problem with getting a medical certificate is your passport details are copied. Ain't no way your average tourist is going to sign up for that just to have a dabble.
  22. I went to see this, it was excellent. RIP.
  23. Sexy Night in the plaza predates soi zero, it's been there for 4 decades.
