  1. I am looking for any feedback from anyone who owns a MG VS HEV Anything either good or bad related to the car’s reliability or aftermarket service etc .
  2. My hotel refused refund for my day 5 stay and test, they said the Thailand Pass that I have states day 1 and day 5 and that's what I will have to do. They did suggest that I re-apply for a new Thailand Pass on the 1 St March for day 1 only and if approved then I could get a refund. Bureaucratic nonsense, more hoops to jump through
  3. Where to get a PCR test in Pattaya including certificate
  4. My partner applied for her visa on 1st October and received it on the 18th November, there is currently a long delay in the process due to high demand for visas. I only had to show my Vaccination certificate issued from the hospital for my recent trip to the UK.
  5. Up to you, the broker gives you an insight in to the likely cost of insurance then you can accept his quote or try going direct to the insurance company
  6. Mr Prakan is an Insurance broker he will have several option for you to choose from
  7. Yes it is but they had all my dates wrong dob, vaccine dates and arrival date. Received another pass with all the dates correct
  8. I used my existing insurance. Search in Google for mr prakan they have several insurance policies that will cover what you need
  9. Applied again still waiting on the result
  10. 1. Insurance is required for people on 1 year visa. 2. Your insurance will have to be valid for the period of your extension. My health insurance runs out on the 14th February but I got it extended to 03rd April is which is the date my retirement extension is renewed. 3. Yes it has to cover Covid, I asked my insurance company for a letter stating that fact which satisfied the requirement and it was accepted in my Thailand Pass application
  11. Nobody answered any of my calls to the 06 numbers and if you call the 02 number you get a message to select 9 for English and then everything is in Thai after that....waste of time, also you never get a reply from the Support email address
  12. First attempt at getting the Thailand Pass, received the confirmation email but no access code. Second attempt I made yesterday and received the confirmation email which included the access code. Received my Thailand pass this morning approx 12 hours after applying but noticed that my arrival date was wrong 29th November instead of 30th November. Checked the actual QR code and my DOB and Vaccination dates were also 1 day out. Third try was 1 hour ago, email received along with the access code. Everybody that has received a Thailand Pass should check there QR code to make sure that all the details are correct.
  13. Went to the Ministry of Public Health in Pattaya to get my yellow International vaccine certificate. Handed over my copy of passport, copy of flight ticket and the digital vax certificate issued by the Ministry of Public Health. Good job I had my original vax certificate from the hospital because the certificate from the MOPH was not acceptable even though I was at a MOPH Office...
  14. Finally received a reply from Qatar Airways confirming that no PCR test is required
