Why do you waste your breath by looking at the wrong persons?? Quite a of beggars in Bangkok who are in real need, focus your attention to them.

Go up the ramp at west side of building B and all the way to the top. There is always place to park your car there. Bit of a walk to get to the Immigration office but that does not really bother me.
