@Wanderer555 any luck in the end?
Yes, I purchased the MIG200S to get started here.
Kovet BKK directed me to a dealer in Udon city that also provides support & repair service.
Fair price given they are a real shop and not just an online seller. Thanks for the advice ????????

ฉันลาออกแล้ว
The above was included in a business conversation regarding when I could visit a shop to make a purchase.I am in Isaan, maybe a local spelling ?
The translation is not logical given the circumstances.
Google :
ฉันลาออกแล้ว: I resigned
Removing ฉัน ( Chan)
ลาออกแล้ว : not found in other Thai
dictionaries
Could I get some help here?
Thank you, T -

Are you familiar with the route from Udon city to Kalasin via Kumphawaphi as provided by Google?
Not the easiest route when traveling the first time, with many motorbikes, Etans, tractors and poorly marked turns. Also the route from Nong Bua city to Ubol Rattana is not the clearest path…
I have taken both of the above and they are doable but also at the end of a long journey …..
Good luck ????

Having done this trip about 20 times each way, I can confirm as a A-B route, the Phitsanulok-Khon Kaen route is the most direct with better roads.
From Chiang Mai, stay on Hwy 11 all the way to P-Lok and avoid any Google suggested alternative routes. Also watch for traffic cameras, they have added some and moved others. If entering Khon Kaen city during the daytime, taking the Northern ring road is usually best. KK city can be quite congested in the daytime.

These events are what saves many children from suicide. Would you rather have a trans child or a dead child?
A direct citation of research to support your claim would be appropriate.

I have seen them available but no time to research now.
You can try a browser search for ‘Grass Pavers Thailand’.
Also look at https://www.onestockhome.com/en
They have a large product list, with manufacturers.

Philips blenders are reliable, IIRC about 700 baht when I bought mine about 8 years ago. Still going strong.
Agree, I purchased one about 6 years ago for smoothies etc. Stong performer, acceptable noise level and no issues. Reasonable price too!

What about normal people?
Given, I do not personally fit any of these cute little boxes, I see no compelling reason to visit Hua Hin.
Good job TAT ????

Not a fan of multi-process machines, but we used Laem Thong as a supplier for over twenty years and they sell good equipment and consumables.
When you say medium are you referring to amperage or duty-cycle?
Per the OP, "Amperage rating around 200 or better, medium duty with a decent build quality.":
Adding 'Cycle' to the medium duty would of been more clear. ????

An alternative to your claim would be the boy has pre-existing mental health issues that marijuana use helps to control, and when not medicated with THC the underlying behavioral problems resurface.
Just an idea …????

Statistically, almost 5 times as many more people will understand the American version than other more archaic versions.

Panasonic has individual 3-prong receptacle outlets in 4 or 5 colors including black & dark grey.
Globalhouse usually has a wide selection and you can also try Lazada.

If I was going for a low cost Lazada option, I think I'd go for a basic stick arc welder with non digital control knob. For TIG/MIG I'd look at the options in Homepro .... they have a decent range and come with a guarantee.
I think the brand names are of little significance, as they're all made in China and appear under multiple brands?
Cost is not a factor or mentioned in OP, and as stated I have a good quality Welpro MMA welder (stick).
looking for first hand experience and prefer a model with supply chain for parts etc…
thanks

Gas MIG you have very few choices at the lower end, as in under ฿15,000 possibly only 1 or 2 over 20,000 lots of choices, relatively that is. TIG is Virtually abundant often with MMA
Yes.. as stated in the OP I am aware of the many options.
Looking for first hand experience not generic info and as stated in my post specific brand or models etc.cost is not a factor …. My OP states the requirements ????

Good day,
Looking to purchase a medium duty Multi-Process welder, looking at Lazada etc, there are a plethora of options, and would appreciate some recommendations on brand, model etc.
The majority of the work would be MIG for 4mm thick mild steel or less (gas and/or gasless) , TIG for bronze sculpture castings and similar.
For MMA I will use the Welpro box I currently own.
Amperage rating around 200 or better, medium duty with a decent build quality.
Thanks, T -

As mentioned by @wwest5829
The Retirement Extension using the monthly income method is IMO the safest and easiest of all the Marriage and Retirement Visa Extension options.
If I remember correctly:
You apply for the Extension after first acquiring a 1-year Non-O Visa for Retirement at a Thai embassy in Laos or other Visa friendly country.
Then deposit 65,000 Baht per month, produce an annual bank statement & letter showing you own the account plus the usual passport and address verifications such as a lease etc.
Removes much of the drama surrounding the Marriage documents required, No large deposit required, and no seasoning of funds. The only negative is some may not want or need to send 65,000.00 Baht each month.
Currently on my 7th extension, and very happy with it. -
If you paint the Flex, it will last much longer as it has no resistance to UV.
If available, a short length of PE ( see picture) will do the job and last much longer, though not as flexible as the Yellow Flex.
FYI: All the blue & yellow PVC on the exterior can also be painted to extend its lifespan (looks better too), as the locally available product appears to have little or no UV resistance.

Getting electricity to your house
in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Posted
As the Poo Yai Baan issued you an address I am assuming you have legal access via a roadway or easement, the power lines should be able to follow this same path.
Whether the adjacent land is being used or not is immaterial as you will need legal access to the house and property.
Maybe some important information is getting lost in translation or ??
I would try again with the PEA and suggest a friendly home visit ????????????
Good luck
