How convenient that the officer is....'unnamed'. Chances are....the sentence is a PACC publicity stunt and when the officer in question finishes paying the right people he'll be allowed to walk free. Since he's 'anonymous'....no one will ever be the wiser. -
A committee may not be enough…..an issue like this requires funding for five or six sub-committees, a few working groups, a board or two, and at least one task force.
