Police Prepare for Protest as Thai Parliament to Vote on New PM
Raybangkok replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Under the current constitution the role of PM does not need to be held by an MP so Pita can still be elected. No different to the outgoing PM who was not an elected MP. -
Shall can be used as an order. Oxford English Dictionary. Ex: Candidates shall remain in their seats until all the papers have been collected.
-
Please read the actual will it is stated clearly that the English version will be followed. It also stops anybody changing it in the Thai version. It is made in both English and Thai language. In the case of any discrepancy between the English language and Thai language, the English language shall be used for interpretation. In case of revocation of this Last Will and Testament, such revocation shall not be completed unless it is effected in all the duplicates.

I was informed that the will should be in English and Thai. If there is any problem the English section is to be followed. This is the will form that has been recommended and my Lawer a family friend says it is suitable, LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF.docx

I was talking about showing beer on the internet not a review, I understood that any display of beer was illegal.
-
The law do not seem to do much about it. A blogger continually shows beer even when he is on a trip with TAT and also asks people to pay him monthly for his bloggs. So if its ok for him why not for the rest of us.

Death Certificate translate and copy
Raybangkok replied to Surasak's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I have a last will and testament which is in English and followed by Thai. My assets in Thailand will all go to my son and I do not expect any problems. I am not sure about my assets in the UK I will supply an English will but not sure if they will accept Thai witnesses although one will be my lawyer. Any advice would be helpful. It is many years since I was in the UK but they do bottle it in Malaysia and sold so much cheaper than in Thailand. I believe that it is still bottled conditioned.
-
The cans used a widget ( Guinness name) but bottles cannot use nitrogen. Look at the difference in the colour of the head on bottled and draught Draught has a lighter colour head it is also creamier in taste. Bottled has a slightly more bitter taste than draught. Having worked in the industry for many years I also had to learn how to pour a draught pint it takes 120 seconds to do it properly as taught by Dublin.

Draught Guinness is nitrogen gas but bottles are co2 like standard beers hence the difference in the creamy taste.
