  1. so basically if someone enters in Thailand on a NON-O marriage visa after the first 90days, 60days extension can be obtained at the border immigration office and then followed by 1year extension at the local immigration office. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  2. Thank you Richard for your advice, I'm fully aware of the situation. I meant 3 day more compared with fully vaccinated vs not vaccinated, for AQ. My Janssen shot was on March 15th 2021,so I'm afraid that by the time I get to Thailand it won't be useful anymore as I'm not planning to get vaccinated with a booster shot. I been stuck with the Visa issuance for the past two months and I don't have anymore patience of jumping another hoop. What a nightmare, two months to obtain a visa, could you believe.
  3. For that reason I was already planning to do the application as not vaccinated, just to avoid this kind of nonsense. even I'm vaccinated with one dose Janssen.3 days more in AQ hurts less compared with being stuck in getting the Thai pass.
  4. I'm really not sure about that. How sure are you about that ?How did you find out?
  5. I get confused after I read the AQ hotel rules in case of positive, person will have to be transferred to hospital. So my concern is that same will happen if sitting next to / scenario happens. My goal is to find out how to skip paying for a high price private hospital of sitting next to /scenario.So anyone wishes to come in Thailand can do the same. But before that we need confirmed information if is really like that as we think it is. Does AQ solve this issue? Where have you read about self isolation? Can you provide a link, please. And, Where the self isolation have been conducted?
  6. Dear fellows, It is clear that if you sitting next to someone on an airplane and that person is Covid positive after the arrival ,you will be taken to a hospital for isolation on your expense, even if you are not positive. But what happens if I book AQ in Bangkok and this scenario happens. Am I going to remain in my AQ or taken to private hospital for isolation ? Any thoughts.....
  7. same here, it maybe a technical issue or this option is not available for the time being
  8. No 5 days for Phuket sandbox. 7 days are required. 2 PCR Tests are required (after arrival and on day 6-7) 4th of January 2022 new updates will be available ,(changes are expected). Good luck to everyone planning to visit Thailand, including me
  9. Hi all, I'm planning to do the Phuket Sandbox and my wife and my kids(they are Thai ,currently in Udonthani )would like to stay in the same room with me in the hotel that I will be staying. Any rules on that ? That is allowed right ,after I test negative. OR.......this situation makes me awkward
  10. Well, border run is crossing the border so you could get a stump on your way back, in order to extend your stay in Thailand.Ofcourse you will need the right visa, for example multi entry TR. Currently there is NO border runs because of Covid restrictions. And as far as I know the embassies are not issuing multi entry vissas
  11. That's right, indeed. But my concern was after I did some search on the web in general about the vaccines. I find out that vaccine I have Janssenbiotech is valid for 270 days after 22nd day of vaccination. So I was afraid that by the time I enter in Thailand will be too late for me. Since there is no such a rule in Thailand about this, for now, I'm good to go.I hope.
  12. Dear fellows, I'm trying to get info about Covid-19 vaccine before I apply for Thai Pass. Does anyone one know for how long the vaccines are valid? Does Thai government have a list ? Can someone provide a link or reliable source ?
  13. Dear fellows , I need to send my Visa application by post along with the visa fee to the Thai Embassy in Ankara. I'm in Macedonia and I already fail with DHL.When courier ask me if there is money in the envelope I sayed Yes,because I know that is illegal to send money by post.Even I packed the money in the envelope along with a thick post card and paper in color ,I couldn't lie.So now I'm planning to try with a different post TNT, they are little slower compared with DHL but I think it's worth to try. Any one with a similar experience ? Has anyone send money with post before ? Any advice most appreciate, thank you
  14. How long have you stayed in Thailand before ? It's seems that you need to do a lot of homework ???? before opening a business in Thailand ,buddy. If you don't mind , In what kind of business are you interested ? As the Farangs told me one time, don't invest money that you are not ready to lose (this is generally for the foreigners in Thailand ) However, I wish you luck on your adventures
  15. Thank you very much for your response. It's much clear now
  16. Even more confused. The scheme doesn't say that flight have to be paid. or I'm blind
  17. Please can someone clarify. I'm so confused and need some help, please. Do I need valid Visa in the application process for Thai Pass?Do I need to have a paid airplane ticket or just a reservation?Does the hotel accommodation have to be paid or reservation only ? I have Janssenbiotech vaccine and I know that insurance is required. Anything else that I missing?
  18. That's great. How long it takes for you to get the Thai Pass?
  19. Yes I'm currently in Macedonia.Macedonia forcefully changed the name to North Macedonia because of the politic issues. but that is another story. I'm aware that my country is not on the list of 63 low risk countries and my best option is the Sandbox, Phuket. Thank you for your concern,my friend.
  20. Oh, I didn't know that is optional. Now I can breathe much easier. Thanks a lot for your reply tjintx.Certainly I will share my experience.
