Lots of people commenting on China's use of Digital payments. However cash is still accepted almost everywhere. They usually have change and don't mind using it. Yes, they prefer we chat or Alipay but the myth that they don't accept cash is plainly wrong. Lots of respect here for the older generation who often pay in cash.

Immigration says “fast-track service at Bangkok airports” are fakes

Yes this is at the very end of check in near the tourist customs claim desks and the China Air check in counters. Over 70s and young families can use it. It's free from what I observed. -
Thai-China high-speed rail set to boost ASEAN connectivity

Ridiculous comments. China has never invaded another country. Unless you count the Korean War, but they only did do to drive the American forces away from their border. It's fairly obvious who the real warmongers and it's not the Chinese. -
The owner said if you speak Thai then get out!!

Ironically you just added to the clicks and the views by commenting... As I have myself just done! It is the pub forum though mate so it's not exactly going to be an intellectual experience. In fact I've sort of enjoyed the last 15 minutes reading it. Well not really. I'm just avoiding doing some housework! -
Have to disagree. It's easy to find normal priced Thai food all over Hua Hin. Obviously the night markets are more expensive but that's a given. Food court in Mkt Village is packed everyday with lots of fairly priced food. The main local market which opens early every day is also great value. In Khao Takiab there is also lots of normal priced food early in the morning near the 7/11..if you get around you will find good value food anywhere in Thailand.

If you want to blame people for their bloody history let's talk about the evils of the European empires or twentieth century US foreign policy shall we? People don't choose where they are born. Most people are apathetic towards history and politics. They just want to get on with their lives. Your hatred just leads to further polarisation and hatred.

The Russians in Hua Hin are generally polite, friendly and family oriented. Yes, they are not running around trying to make friends with me but neither am I! They are like the rest of us; just trying to live their lives in the relative calm of Thailand. They can't really do anything about their despotic government just like I can't about mine. Let them be I say.

There is a print shop in the back of the basement of Market Village opposite the food court. I used them once to print bank statements. They were very helpful. Some foreign teachers were using them to print teaching resources too.

A few questions about your many entries is hardly a 'problem'.

Well. Did you find a dealer in Hua Hin? I'm interested as Hua Hin is my home in Thailand. Thanks. Hope it worked out for you.

Make sure you count your change

No need to wai as you are probably doing it wrong. Have you ever seen a Thai waiing in a 7/11? Just a nod and thank you suffices.. -
Bangkok is probably your best bet. They have lots of ResMed dealers there. I bought one in Ramintra area a few weeks ago.

Did you challenge your landlord on the deduction? Take pics or threaten legal action? It amazes me how people complain about this behaviour but rarely do they stand up and actually do something about it. By jusy paying it means the landlord will never change thrir behaviour and so, the viscious cycle goes on.

If 1,100 US dollars is going to bankrupt you why are you travelling around the world to a country where quarantine is a possability? Its 10 days in a 3 star hotel! Hardly prison time!!

A phone call to the insurance company while he was waiting to be processed is all it would take to know if insured or not. Amazing how many people never think of this!!
