I had a Samsung fridge of about the same age before that came with a 2-pin plug and a separate earth lead that was supposed to be screwed to the chassis and connected to a grounding point.
So, my guess would be no, it's not double-insulated.

Bear in mind that you can only change the country so many times in a certain timeframe so if there are other country specific apps that you need,be careful.

You need to change the country associated with your Google account. Your physical location or using a VPN will have no effect whatsoever. The way I would do it is download it through a third-party site such as apkpure. There are also APK download browser extensions that will download directly from Google Play that you can sideload.

I think the starting date will always remain the same as the original 5-year licence you get after the temporary one for each renewal. Only the expiry changes.

Had anyone actuallly got the new split screen interface for Andoid Auto in Thailand yet. (Without being in the beta program?)
It is supposedly rolling out globally now but therte seems to be no information on how, where or when different locations or devices will get it...

When sending my videos the recipient (Apple), before viewing, he must give personal data and , truly obnoxious, acres to all his photos.
This also possibly sounds like an app requesting permissions. Some of these permissions sound bad but are actually necessary to allow the app to work. For example, if you download a photo viewer app, it needs permissions to view the photos.

How are you "sending" the videos? If you are trying to use a sharing service, you'll need to check the privacy settings...

It will mostly be an urban commuter/going to the supermarket car but will also be expected to do a couple of trips a year and cope with hills in Petchabun/Khao Yai type areas (with a full load of luggage).

There's a reasonable chance it is apps using background data even if you are not actively using them. Make sure that mobile data is switched off.

The 1.0 Honda 'P10A' engine is one of a number of 1.0 litre 'turbo triples' that have been introduced over the last decade. They are small, light and efficient - although mostly don't live up to their advertised fuel economy. Almost all of these engine have inferior long term reliability compared to the four cylinder normally-aspirated engines they replaced.
The Honda engine was in fact developed for Honda by FEV Group of Aachen, Germany. It was not developed by Honda. I don't know the situation in Thailand but in the UK and Europe some of these engines are failing at low mileage with serious damage. Personally I would not buy any Honda with the three cylinder turbo. There are still bugs to be worked out.

This stresses all mechanical components in the engine and drivetrain.
As has been posted above - don't expect these engines to have anywhere near the lifespan of a larger displacement naturally aspirated engine.
Manufacturers do this to reduce the CAFE (corporate average fuel economy) number.
There is NO free lunch.
So, basically it is too good to be true...?
Would these issues present themselves more or less on a car that was mostly driven in an urban environment with occasional trips of about 50-60 km on a highway?

Thanks for the input.
Having done some proper research, I think I understand how they work a bit more. I can also see how the auto-brake feature could be quite useful.
I can probably get used to it and maybe even grow to like it.

2009 Honda City
1497 cc
120 PS
145 Nm
2022 Honda City
988 cc
122 PS
122 Nm
Both have similar weights.
This would suggest that despite a much lower engine capacity, the new Honda City's are at least as powerful (if not slightly better) than the older engines. I appreciate that engine technology will have developed in the last decade but are 1.0l engines really that good now?

My gut feeling without any experience or evidence is that I just don't trust the idea of them.

The fans should start about immediately if you start the car idle with AC on. If not, you have a problem either with fan motors or temperature switch.
I replaced both my fans recently after the wife submerged the car in water.. They were sort of still running but at a very low speed/erratic. Motors were damaged.
Engine will not overheat so quickly if you have a fan failure. There is still circulation of coolant. With a pump failure or air pockets however it will happen very fast.
Thanks for this info. I'll check it out properly when I have time later.

Thanks for all the feedback.
I won't have time to do much until the weekend, but I'll dry bleeding the system again myself and then take the car on a test run. If it overheats again then I'll take it somewhere else to change the coolant completely again.

How does the OP know what is in the radiator now is the correct coolant? Excessive dilution of coolant or substitution of plain water is a possibility.
Simple answer is I can't.
Even if I took a photo of the bottle they gave me with the excess, I would still be difficult to know if they diluted it correctly. (there is green fluid so there is coolant in the reservoir). Maybe I should just take it somewhere else and get the coolant completely changed again.

It could well be the fan motor, its sensor, or its relay. when the temp reaches normal or slightly above the fan should run, it should also run when you first turn on A/C. When the car is cold, remove the rad cap, to see if it is full, run a while with cap off if your worried about air locks, you can normally see the coolant circulating .Water pumps normaly leak when nackered.
just to add, i once brought a fan motor from Nissan lasted only 15k klm 6k baht ! Brought an after sales motor from GT battery shop still works after 3yrs 2k baht.
Thanks for this info.
I don't think the fan (There are actually 2 fans) is kicking in. But if the fan was the problem would the engine not overheat quite quickly at idle because there is no airflow through the radiator?
