I purchased a year long Tune protect covid and health insurance in the begining of July 2021 .. I have noticed a bleeding spot on my forehead which ive had for approximately 3 months, i thought it may have been an insect bite initially. Myself and my thai wife have both tried contacting them by email and then phone but to no avail , my wife did speak to them about reading an email i sent them,asking if the insurance covers me to have a biopsy on said spot, they said they would email me, but have not.. Now when we phone they do not answer , ive tried to hide my tel number,but thailand does not allow this service..anybody else had this problem with this company thanks Paul
