everybody has h pylori... if it overgrows, or you alkalize your stomach (proton pump inhibitors), etc...
there is a natural way you could try... mastic gum
pylori, and observed that crude mastic gum could kill H. pylori at a concentration of 0.06 mg/mL, regardless of whether the organism was sensitive or resistant to metronidazole. In addition, they also reported that the lowest concentration tested, 0.0075 mg/mL, could significantly inhibit the growth of H. pylori.

And now please some advice how to get rid of it and advice to prevent?👏
Please see a Gastroenterologist, he may wish to do a Gastroscopy to visually identify and take a Biopsy for Microbiology...common antibiotic cocktail is amoxicillin, clarithromycin (Biaxin®), metronidazole (Flagyl®) and tetracycline. They usually do a follow-up Gastroscopy to verify the drugs effectiveness or adjust the combination. Good luck.

I've been to the doc and got some medicine to take to get rid of this.
I'd never heard of it before and have no idea where it came from.
Maybe a recent procedure on my oesophagus?
pre 1983 was known as Campylobacter, now known as Helicobacter pyloris...dirty water, chicken, seafood etc.
Luning G et al. Campylobacter pylori becomes Helicobacter pylori. Lancet 1989 Oct 28 2 10191020
FYI.

In public isn't the best location for the chance of young children seeing it, but a possible 10 year sentence for having sex in public and a man gets a 2 year sentence for setting up the murder of a policeman? More good news the world will now see.
i daresay no re-enactment in this case..looks like 10 years chaps!

I wonder if he went back to the UK multiple times over the years.
This is not about a stolen passport, he assumed the identity of the real guy named 'Peter Smith', once he did that it would have been plain sailing for him unless the original guy noticed.
Had the real Peter Smith at any point attempted to get a passport back in the UK then his number would have been up immediately, perhaps this is how they got him as they were ready and waiting for him on arrival. There's still one piece of the puzzle missing though - how did they know this particular guy was the same on who did a runner all those years ago?
it's possible Peter Smith knowingly allowed Burrows to use his Passport.

Excuse me Mr. Ex-commander isn't that what supporting countries do when there's an imminent World War.
How about getting SEATO back up and running; not sure if Pakistan would be a starter.
