Hi
My girlfriend and I planning to fly to Phuket from Bangkok but before to booking our flight and hotel I need to know how's going regarding the restaurants, bar and malls closing time. We are currently in Pattaya and it's not too bad in here about the closure time, so if Phuket would be a ghost island we won't come

43 Baht for one GBP? Yea but it didn't last for long, now we are back to 42.70, and in any case 43 is still a too low price so there is very little to celebrate

I have though the UK have this rule on international travelling already sometimes from January.
Same as the USA.
I don't see a difference from the previous order
I've landed in Bangkok about 20 days ago and the difference is that I didn't have to fill any form upon my departure ,no cop in sight no one asked me why I was traveling But now you have to fill out a form and it's seems that the exemptions are significantly reduced. If they stopped me I would have told them I was returning to my home since I'm not an UK resident. But now that option in no longer mentioned in the permitted options list. Somethings has been changed and it's a nightmare

I been lucky I've fly from London to LOS about 20 days ago, in order to meet my girlfriend. But if they had stopped me I don't know how I would have reacted, this is 'a real abuse of authority.

Agreed... those who don’t want to be vaccinated should be free to carry the virus and expose those who may be in high risk groups.... Its their right, right???
Even those who are been vaccinated carry the virus, probably you do not aware how these vaccine work, or ask to Bill Gates

Many years ago in the 70's when you landed in Thailand you needed to get your vaccination card stamped before you could go to immigration.
Yes but that vaccination card was based on a real vaccine and not on a genetic drug

Yes of course: the vaccine passport will open all the doors to you, beyond ones included

Note during your stay in Thailand you can travel and subsequently return to same address and file nothing.
Even if I return from abroad?

Have you every done a 90 day report previously?
Yes I did when I been in LOS in the past period Now I just returned after 10 months of absence therefore I'll need to do it after 90 days of stay. However I am not here permanently despite I'm hold a one year visa usually I do not stay in LOS more than three months, but I've always compily the 90 days rules each time I been longer than such period

It depends upon what visa or if you used a re-entry permit for entry.
If you entered on a new visa or visa exempt entry you would need to do TM30 report to your local office. If on a multiple entry visa or a long term extension of stay they are not required unless you you change your address immigration has in their records.
You cannot do them online unless you have applied to do it for your residence.
Sorry I forgot to mention my sort of visa I have an extension based on Non Imm NON-O with a reentry permit

Hi to all. I'm going to complete my ASQ quarantine, I just need to know if I still need to comply the TM30 rules. If yes do I need to show up myself at immigration or can I do it online? Thanks

I landed two days ago so I've avoided it

It is still 14 days.
Maybe confusion with quarantine for entry to the UK.
No no he is currently in LOS and has stated that his quarantine lasted 10 days however I will ask him a confirmation on that as soon as I contact him
As for the UK 10 day quarantine, you don't need to undergo it if you arriving from Thailand, since the LOS is not in the UK red list
As regards the 72-hour window, it is not yet clear to me whether it refers to the date and time of the test, or the date and time of the issue of the result

NEWS
When you get to your hotel, they will wait a couple of days and then tell you that instead of being allowed out to the relaxation area on Day 7 after the result of your first negative PCR test (Day 6), you will not be allowed out until Day 14 after your second negative test (Day 13) because that you are a big risk having arrived from the UK. This means that cleaning, if you want it, will not be available until that point. The sheets and towels by that time will be able to walk to the washing machine by themselves.
Watch out for the scams such as having to pay THB 300 for having some clothes delivered to your room. In addition, you will be charged the following if you need extras:
20 ฿ Tea bag
25 ฿ Sachet of coffee
25 ฿ Sachet of milk creamer
15 ฿ Sachet of sugar
The hotel will sell it to you in a pack of 10.
I suggest you bring all the you need to cover the 16days, 15 nights
Thank you but I think it depends on the hotel not all are the same. Two friends of mine who left before me, one from Italy and another from the UK, none of them has reported any problems during their quarantine period
Rather just one thing I would like to know: my friend from UK has said that his quarantine lasted only 10 days instead of 2 weeks, has the quarantine period been reduced to 10 days? What did I miss?

My doctor stated that she would only issue a Fit to Fly certificate with a negative RT-PCR test.
Managed to get both issued by the Wren Clinic within 24 hours.
Did you get them as 2 separate certificates? I've booked my test and FTF with the Wren clinic too

If the words fit to fly arnt printed anywhere on the certificate, your going to be in for a stressful time.happened a friend of mine and they wouldn't let him on the plane till he phoned the clinic and they sent the altered email to him.
FTF is automatically mentioned in the covid test result certificate, probably your friend didn't required the FTF when booking the test
-

When you asked them to provide it on two separate documents did the clinics refuse ?
Well I didn't ask it directly, but according their web sites they release the two certificate in a single file Nevertheless I know that who showed up with a single certificate hasn't meet any problem But I would prefer to not take a chance
-
I couldn't find yet who issues Covid test and FTF in two separate files, all those I have contracted pharmacies clinics and so on, release them in a single file.
Phuket expats will be vaccinated, officials confirm

Yeah, but we are talking about the immediate reactions but what should worry us are the medium and long term ones of which nobody knows anything about
Let's not forget that it acts in the cell's DNA and once our DNA has been altered there is no way to fix it, then you keep it for the rest of your life,
But not only this: the altered DNA will be hand over to the future generations It won't be never deleted
