What about all the thousands of Thais breaking driving laws every day?
Thais wouldn’t do a thing like that.

To be fair, the BTS wasn't "re-started". It has operated normally (apart from closing early because of the curfew) all through the "lockdown".
A train every 6 or 7 minutes (which it was during the lockdown) is not
‘normal’.

Lifting the alcohol ban on a holiday weekend was mental. They’d have been better off waiting a couple of days, IMO.

Hopefully the one new case wasn’t on the BTS this morning. Or any of the other cases we don’t know about yet.

It was actually a sarcastic remark as us farang usually get the blame for everything done wrong here.
Fair enough. Thanks for clarifying.

Farang set example so Thais thought ok to do.
Can you show me where it says that thousands of farangs are returning to the provinces? Thanks.

Hmm, I wonder how they’ll spin this in order to blame the foreigners.

It’s interesting that the WHO haven’t been invited to China’s investigation into the origins of the virus though.

Solution: Stop smoking inside.
20000 dead on the roads.
Solution: Sporadically enforced Traffic rules.
56 Covid19 deaths
Solution: Ban Alcohol because of social gatherings (meanwhile opening wetmartkets, barbers, salons).
Well said.

New cases peaked on 22nd March at 188 whilst there was no alcohol ban. New cases on April 9th, the day the ban started were 54, a fall of 71% and falling continually since the peak. So, just how has alcohol been a cause of spreading the virus, as rates continued to fall while alcohol was still available?

Upgraded wheels, bucket seats and go faster stripes....hmm, I don't think this was the fault of the curfew.

what about the other people on the aircraft
That's a good point. Assuming the flight is a repatriation one (i.e. the aircraft departed Thailand with only crew on board) and they don't leave the aircraft at the pick-up point then the chance of contracting the virus would be very low. Although ground staff do sometimes enter an aircraft, with social distancing and appropriate sanitation and hand washing this shouldn't be an issue.

What a surprise. That’s why they’re rich; as tight as a camel’s backside in a sandstorm.

The aircraft was made by dirty foreigners so I’m sure we’ll get the blame somehow.

Why isn't Thailand on the list? (rhetorical question)

This is the list from a standard day at Swampy (they can't even be bothered to update it). Few, if any, of those flights will operate.

He was probably upset as he didn't receive any brown envelopes for allowing people with a temperature to pass through the roadblock.

but it is true statement.....OWT FOR NOWT (if you and others understand) !!!
As you deem the statement to be true, then you must have factual confirmation of that. So, could you please point me in the direction of the source that says:
a) that the people in the photo are confirmed as having nothing better to do
b) that they are also confirmed as being peasants
I'll wait.
Oh, and I do understand the northern dialect.
