  1. I find it hilarious that these reports are written as though there are rules in Thailand that people follow. Of course it was modified unsafely. Of course exits were not adequate. Of course it was operating after hours. I am surprised that there are not more horrendous tragedies like this. This whole country operates without rules. Red lights are merely a suggestion here amongst everything else. A nation run by corruption will always be corrupt. Every time I see a cop a cold shiver runs down my spine and I am filled with repulsion.
  2. In my experience trying to do business or even just work with Thai people is incredibly difficult. Always late and never prepared. Never taking responsibility for errors. Constant lying about business related issues such as customer feedback on performance. Worst and most difficult to deal with is never saying how they actually feel and drawing a curtain over their emotions so that you never know where you stand. It has always amazed me how companies can function profitably here.
  3. The decriminalisation isn't the problem. It's the 300,000 baht that it costs to get a license to grow and sell it. " every home will prosper from this new law" he said. " this will help the poor farmers " he boasted. Yeah right! The billionaires where all ready to go. Their websites and apps were ready before the law was inacted. Some sceptics may even say they knew ahead of time and were even helped to set up. Let's just say that they don't care about the youth or people of Thailand only their pockets. Maybe this mp complaining wasn't offered a place in at ground floor level.
  4. Why are they always so concerned about people enjoying themselves???? Is it because they are so uptight that the thought of people being happy eats them up inside???? The hiso folk in Thailand need to relax they are so stiff they could be wooden.
  5. I hate these masks. I can't breath and my face gets sweaty and my glasses mist up and I can't see. They make me feel clostrophobic. Lose them now!
  6. Here's an idea, why don't you look into the endemic corruption in the schools? Not only do school directors syphon off government funds, oh no! That isn't enough they also extort the students out of cash for new roofs not forgetting the iep ip and god knows what else programs that are terrible. Then there's cash for places and grades as well as the Thai teachers that never turn up for their classes I could go on but I shall stop ranting now. You will not solve anything without the will to do so
  7. Oh, you want to spend your hard earned money in our country and help our economy grow. Thanks, but I'm afraid you need to pay a tax for that????????????????
