You are probably correct... but not necessarily so.... if enough 'attacks' hit Chinese tourists it will almost definitely stop many from coming - they have a massive home-network of reviews and comments and recommendations, and many DO listen to positive and negative reviews (way more then westerners do!) It may not stop the greater masses, but it is possible that many will boycott Thailand, and by many i still mean masses!

And the area they are trying to crush. They only want super rich and dirt poor..they see themselves as gawds and act accordingly.

Taky stood up against them and look where he is, (yes yes i know he fillef his boots too, so please dont go there).

All this is no news and why i now consider Thailsnd as a 'groundhog day' country, certain developments are running full steam ahead and yet most things are not and repeat day after day...its one reason why after a decade here im out..

Took me 5, but started realizing it after 2...

I'm always amazed that 2/3 rds of the annual gun deaths (so ~ 24,000-ish out of 36,000-ish) are suicides.

I am under the impression that 'bump stocks' cannot be regulated, so Congress would have to pass a law. Not gonna happen.

ATF Says It Doesn’t Know If It Can Regulate Bump Stocks

WASHINGTON ― The head of the federal agency tasked with regulating firearms said Wednesday it does not have direct authority to regulate or ban bump stocks ― devices that allow semi-automatic weapons to function like machine guns ― but is looking into whether can reclassify them as firearms to regulate them under existing law.

You are 100% correct. So wouldn't it be great to remove this 'easy solution' from the people who need help? As it has reduced the rate dramatically in Australia.

Cue the "Australia is not America" beatdown.
