This was the first ever SOTU where the opponent in the general election was known by the incumbent president. So, Biden could hone his attacks specifically at Trump.

    Sorry you didn't understand that.

Or, rather, the people sending you the talking points didn't tell you.

I did understand that as most people would, nothing magic in that point, very straight forward. You way under estimate the populace.

By the way your words "sorry you didn't understand that" could be seen as insulting. That doesn't win me and I suspect large numbers of other voters.Too smart for your own good.

In debates both candidates teams can build pictures of strong / weak points etc., linked to current events / activities etc. Nothing different here.

biden & the left are hoping the masses don’t notice imop that by letting in millions of illegal newcomers the census numbers go up which in turn means reallocating more congressional seats& electoral votes.

Its imperative that 45 becomes 47.

“Biden Ends Trump Census Policy, Ensuring All Persons Living In U.S. Are Counted”

“The state counts are used once a decade to reallocate each state's share of electoral votes and the 435 seats in the House of Representatives”.

I own 2 Chinese made EVs  the first one I purchased 3 years ago and would never go back to an ICE car. Never had any problems.

8 Years warranty on the car and battery

@Maybole I would you suggest ignore the “EV experts” who have never actually owned one, everything that claim to know is secondhand at best.

    • Response:  This is my neighbor, knows nothing about EVs but delights in ear bashing about how bad they are. Claims there's no charging stations in homes or car service centres or shopping malls in his district because local council have banned them. And claims best possible total travel distance for Chinese manufactured EVs is 40 Km, because of Chinese laws.

The EVs in Thailand discussion has lots of news and real world experiences from EV owners in Thailand.

You are not on a strict no sugar diet (or any sort of no or liw sugar diet)  if you are eating fruit for breakfast.

With fasting sugars well under 100 in the morning and a recent episode of hypoglycemia midday, I suggest a more substantial breakfast. In particular more protein and some healthy fats. This will help stabiluze  your daytime blood sugar.

personally i have had it up to here with this place,

ive had enough of the racism, xenophobia and silly little games the locals love to play on us.

I have a lot to lose here.

    property, business, family etc.

but im not sure how much more I can take living here.

I want to live in a normal country

    not in a video game.

The issue I see is that you entered into an agreement and then terminated that agreement.

Normally in such contracts/agreements contain penalty clauses exist within certain limitations.

The deposit usually is only withheld and released after the rental agreement has been concluded.

Depending upon the agreement and termination it is possible that the company is waiting to deduct any termination penalties before releasing the deposit.

It all depends upon what you agreed to.

And perhaps they always wait for final electricity, internet, water bills..
