This is correct. I have them all because i like all football especially EPL. If you dont, then True is best.

This is not only about the abuse of the visa system but also about deterring illegal working and identifying criminal elements, particularly those peddling drugs.

If you are a law abiding person then what is happening should hold no fears for you.

I'm not sure if you are still interested but i saw all these models at a shop in fortune town. I couldn't tell you the name but it was a shop specialising in audio equipment and i think i remember it being on the top floor.

The prices were quite a bit higher than you would pay in other countries though.

Over 50 countries have a travel warnings out for Thailand and the political situation looks like it could develop into something very serious with the very real possibility of more violence.

I am taking a trip to Bangkok next week and i was looking at hotel prices today and i have never seen them as cheap in my whole time in Thailand. I can only assume that there are hardly any tourists at all at the moment so the whole visa crackdown seems to be very strange timing indeed. I hope they know what they are doing as many Thai people are going to suffer as a result including hotel workers, drivers, vendors at the border markets, taxis and tour guides etc. Some of these businesses are going to be wiped out overnight, literally.

I understand what they are trying to do but it seems like a lot of discretion is being being given to the immigration officers on how to interpret the rules. As soon as we have a few incidents at the airports where people are refused entry and there is confusion with the airlines as to who is paying for these people to fly straight home. Personally, i think these changes are going to last about as long as the 3 stamp rule did last time.

I had True DOCSIS for a year and i thought it was absolute garbage and far slower than TOT FTTH (which i also had). At the time i had it i saw numerous people who had both ADSL and DOCSIS, complain that the DOCSIS was slower. Maybe things have changed recently i don't know but certainly that was my experience. I cancelled in November 2013.

I also had a good experience at goodspeed in pantip. I dealt with a guy named tee.

A really decent gym would ensure I went there at least 3 times a week - hope it happens because right now there is not one decent one in Chiang Mai which is quite surprising.

Let me guess, it's made by Syndome? Don't waste your time with those i have had several and they are utter rubbish. Try APC they are much more reliable.

I have TOT FTTH 30mb/3mb and recently it has been awful during the evening hours. Last year i had TRUE DOCSIS which was even worse so i guess i am going to give 3BB Fiber a try. I'm not optimistic though :-(

I found the GPS of iamgourmet on another forum. I haven't been there or confirmed them myself but maybe they will help somebody out. I plan to go there in the next few days.

Thanks for the info. It is only 500 Baht to enter Myanmar or USD 20 to enter Cambodia. This is much cheaper than obtaining a non immigrant visa (not retirement). Are there any official guidelines for how many of these visa exempt stamps you can get or is it just a question of one day an immigration officer might not like the look of you and refuse you entry?

Can he not just use 30 day visa free entries? I understood there was no "back to back" rule on these now and there have been recent changes so citizens of the G7 countries can also get 30 days via land borders. Could someone clarify the current regulations please.

After all these decades, I still enjoy the food and comraderie at the Bierstube.

I've tried this and that but Bierstube was the first restaurant to make me feel welcome and treated like they valued my patronage. Now that I live out in the sticks I don't get there very often but no trip into Chiangmai is complete without at least one trip to Beirstube, not just for the food (which is excellent) but to see the staff who never forget an old regular.

Been having significantly slow ping times and odd net issues the last few days on TOT also..

Might be someone flicking the switches on the international filters.. Not dont tracerts to determine the laggy areas yet.

I ran True Cable for a year (15/1.2) and it was much worse than TOT fiber for international speeds so I cancelled it. This is in chiang mai.

From the information provided by the OP if the girl wants payment then she should be clear about this before imo.

Does anyone have the real installation cost of the CTH system? And any recommendation in CM?

Went to the guy near Mungmai traffic lights yesterday and he wanted 5,000 Baht for HD and 2,800 for SD CTH installation, Suggested to him that it was expensive and that there was only one CTH box, and he said "I am satellite man" and virtually threw us (Thai wife and me) out of the shop.

I would call the guy that BangkokBlue recommended. I also used them and they were very good.

PS. Think i paid 1700 but it could have been 1800 for the full HD installation.

I just rejoined last month. The shortest term they offer is 6 months at 7500 TBaht.

There seems to be a change in the crowd to more people who don't know etiquette - monopolizing equipment, spending a lot of time on equipment

staring at their wireless toys, I only go for the rowing machine as my knees are shot so no more long walks.

Hillside4 is 3500 TBaht for 6 months.

Is it too busy all the time now then? I was considering joining but i don't like fighting to get on a machine

I have TOT FTTH and it's been a little inconsistent recently. I used to have TRUE DOCSIS before TOT but that was much slower so i cancelled it. Now i am considering 3BB Fiber so would be grateful for some input on that. Is it worth switching over from TOT? I am in the sansai area.
