When they were spreading this rumor here over a year ago I called Chase bank in the United States and I went to the Bangkok Bank branch here in person spoke to the manager about this ACH thing and it’s total fake news if it was going to happen it would be well publicized at least 90 days before it was it in effect and every customer would be notified in writing sometimes this forum is the fountain of misinformation

We would take your Passport and cancel your Work Permit and when we cancel your Wor Permit, Immigration then gives you a 30 day Tourist stamp and then you have 30 days to leave or get a proper extension.

 Just go to immigration when you arrive do a TM 30 in Jomtien it’s very easy probably only take you 15 minutes and that’s the only one you need to do none of the offices are enforcing going from province to province the rule says you’re supposed to report even an overnight stay to a province but I asked Chiangmai officer personally myself and he said no no no we are not enforcing that only when you go out of the country so do you want on arrival and wherever you go stay after that between arrival and the time you leave no problem

It says right on the bottom of that 130 form it says on that form it can take up to 999 days to process and I brought people over to USA from Vietnam it took more than 999 days and yes you can just send into INS tell him to cancel the application no problem
