  1. yup having the same issue, not receiving the OTP. Tried 3 times, nothing is coming through I am sure they did a through testing of the system before they launched it haha!
  2. Hi all, I will be exiting Thailand next month and renewing my passport with a new book and number in my home country. My non-immigrant o visa will also be expiring whilst I am out of Thailand and I will be reapplying for a new single entry 90 day non-immigrant o visa from overseas. Upon return to Thailand in a few months, I will be residing back at my current address in Bangkok. Given I will be on a new passport number, have a new TM6 card and new non-immigrant o visa, would I need to resubmit a TM30 with the updated information? I want to avoid any issues when I then go Chaeng Wattana for my 1 year extension so want ensure I have all the red tape properly covered and in order. Thanks, for your help in advance.
  3. Just going through the Thai eVisa application process for a new non O visa single entry application based on marriage under my renewed UK passport from London and it is asking for a residence permit in the country of application as being mandatory even though I am a UK citizen. The exact wording is "Residence permit in a country in which visa application is submitted (In case that applicant is not a national of the country in which visa application is submitted.)". It doesn't let me submit my application without it. Anyone else encounter this and if so what supporting document did you provide (another reupload of your passport or anything else?)? Really strange question. On the same subject, is there a prescribed template anyone has used when getting a spouse letter is written for supporting documentation and accommodation invitation letter from friends/family? This is for the "Proof of accommodation in Thailand, e.g. Accommodation bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand" and "The letter from your spouse indicated that you both are still married and he/she acknowledges of your visit." requirements.
  4. Hello, I will be renewing my passport through UK VFS office this week in Bangkok, however it will overlap with my 90 Day Reporting in the coming month. I would like to understand whether I will be able to keep hold of my current passport for the 90 day report whilst I am waiting for my new passport to arrive? I am currently on a Non O Immigrant Visa based on marriage.
  5. Hi, all I am about send my foreign passport that is about to expire for renewal. After I receive my new one, does anyone know what the normal procedure is to get the Bangkok Bank details updated with the new passport details to ensure everything is matching? Is it as straight forward as going to the local branch (EmQuartier in Bangkok) and showing my new and old passports so they can update? Also should I do this prior to transferring my re-entry permit and entry of stay into the new passport at the IO? Just trying to figure out logistics of the whole process in renewing my passport and transferring visas etc. to try and ensure as a few things can go wrong as possible. Thanks,
  6. So it would be best to go to IO around the reporting time period it seems. After the IO has updated the 90 day reporting, should it automatically update in the system so next time I can do it online? How do I get them to check it has. I am based in Asoke Bangkok and it would be a bit inconvinient having to go to Chaeng Wattana every 90 days and a bit worried using the postal system to get a form sent and turned around incase it were to get lost in transit.
  7. Hi all, When you re-enter the country after a trip abroad on a Non-O extension of stay, I understand that your 90 day reporting period gets reset to 0. How is the 90 days calculated for when I then next have to report (i.e. does it include public holidays etc.) . I assume there is no way to get a slip to say when you next need to report after you go through immigration at the airport right? Also I assume I would have go in person to the IO or do by post for my next 90 day report in this situation and not online. Is that correct?
