  1. Royal Enfield has a sales shop halve way between HuaHin and Cha Am. Don't know, if they do service
  2. Played last week there. Since February open to public. Was told, you can play after 11am, because before it is for Koreans only and at 11 they go for lunch. !8 holes open. Course conditions ok, greens slow. Caddies are mostly form Myanmar. Don't speek English. Greenfee, cart and one caddy/cart around 1300Baht.
  3. Bought one in China around 10 years ago. Took me two days to learn it. Used rollerblading pads for protection. Everything is done by weight shift. Was a lot of fun. Used to drive to a neighbor village for seeing my friends. But about a year later they were forbidden on public ground in Switzerland.
  4. Recently I upgraded my CU to all RCBOs. Think it looks nice and everything works
  5. Remember reading in the papers beginning November, that this year the cool season will be earlier and lasting only 1-2 weeks. That's what it was in mid November here in Hua Hin
  6. Last Thuesday, 10:30am, followed my Thai wife to thai section (me Swiss passport, she asked politely) around 5 minutes waiting.
  7. Thank you for helping me on my immigration issues. Will never be forgotten. Rest in peace
  8. Have been to the new immigration office in Cha Am for the first time today. Compared to Tha Yang: nearer to my living place, nice office, plenty of parking space, no waiting outside (well, already low season) The same officers working here as before in Tha Yang. Still a little inefficient working structure ( One person checks the papers and from time to time she brings them to the officer, handling the task, so sometimes, if she is super busy the papers stack at her desk) Waited around 50 minutes to get my Re Entry Visa. But if I read here in this forum about other immigration offices ("The gates of hell"), we could be happy with ours in Cha AM????
  9. Ordered some electrical stuff from Aliexpress recently. After a couple of days I've got an email message, that my order is on the way. Another couple of days my shippement was cancelled. After complaining with the seller and with aliexpress the seller apologised and said, that such things happen in China and aliexpress told me that they warned the seller and my order was refunded. Now I had to order the same thing on Lazada for 5 times the price. (Only one seller available) Usually never have problems with Lazada. Always order COD. Rarely it takes a couple of days until they ship. Most of the time in one or two days. Only one time I had a problem with Flash, that they rang the phone once and did not answer my call back. Got a msg on phone, that the recipient was not reachable and the item will be sent back. After complaining with this company I finally got my item a week later
  10. ... almost can go to immgration Hua Hin now asnot so far apart anymore As far as I understood, you can only go to HuaHin immigration if you are living in PratchuapKirikan. If living in Phetchaburi, you have to go to TaYang or soon to ChaAm
  11. found one that is big enough for a electrical pole ????
  12. Thank you @degrub. I was looking for something on Lazada/Shopee and also in Thaiwatsadu but couldn't find such up to now. Will keep looking????
  13. Thank you @ degrub, I saw that too. But don't know, where to get. and my electrical poles are not round, but square????
  14. any easy attachement to electrical pole? I am afraid to make holes into that concrete pole. Don't want to brake them.
