  1. From what I have read the "Laser Whitening" technic is a bit of a Hi-Tech Gimmic... The same bleaching compound is used as the traditional method... They try to convince you that the magic laser :D will speed up or activate the process giving you a better result than the traditional bleaching compound - oh by the way the laser is extra baht :o studies show no increase in whiteness from the laser - on the contrary... they have cases where the laser has increased the sensitivity of your teeth (a common side effect of tooth bleaching)... Just get the regular bleaching and save a few baht :D

thanks for that! now that i know :D What are the reasonable prices for such a treatment and just 1 question ,as they bleach and whiten ur teeth, are they able to get rid of those small little smoke stains that are in the cervics between ur teeth? those tat kindda look like rust :D

  2. 1 question here for Mac

my gf that's currently your student in the school. got some questions about the ED visa cuz if by any chance she wishes to return to her hometown for homevisit (hometown's burma)

normal route is via the friendship bridge @ tachilek, but since now she is holding onto a ED visa(single entry i suppose) she would have to get a re-entry permit before crossing, but my question is this: re-entry permit allowed for overland crossing ? if not, how ?

    thanks

  3. Its not abuse, its fact ! My above price comparisons are factual (give or take a little). Apoligies if I appear to be a little strong, the bit about how you treat your g'friend on holiday wasnt called for, sorry. And if your a Thai then an even bigger apology ! :D

The point im making is Phuket is not cheap and you will be very disappointed if you think it is. Its the people who think they can get a hotel for 1,000 baht in high season who spread the bad word about Phuket, not me. One minute they are on Thaivisa looking for "advice", a month later they are on thaivisa slaging Phuket off how its a rip-off and overpriced !

Its not about "throwing money around", its about having the right perception on what Phuket is all about and what the costs are. By giving it to jetzie exactly how it is we have one less person on here with the wrong perception, and potentially one less TV member posting about how overpriced Phuket is ! Which really pi*ses me off ! :o

you should stop assuming cuz that would also piss others off as well as urself.

    anyway apologies accepted :D

  4. taxin:

cuz im from where the currency originates from, not from farangland nor earning farang money.

and with the kind of tone u have only in written format, i cant imagine what u are like in person :o

no wonder people are saying (some)farangs are polluting this kingdom.

PS: thanks livinginkata, i called up summerbreeze already :D

  5. Hi livinginKata, what would u recommand for a couple for a budget of 1000-1500thb a night for the hotel room?

would love to visit the nightbazaars and abit of the nightlife so its not so boring @ night

  6. how about summer breeze inn?

How far is it from the amenities?

    www.summerbreezeinn.com

Summer breeze is a well run guesthouse just 2 minutes away from night life and 5 minutes from beach. Also 3 minutes away from Jungcylon Mall. Free internet, clean, bar & eatery. No problems, I recommend.

oh gosh, i just realised there's 2 similar summerbreeze

    1 is summerbreezehotel.com and 1 is summerbreezeinn.com

which 1 are u refering to as i dont really know the locations or roads on phuket.

and also which nightlife and beach is it near to? sorry as theres really too many beaches im confused

    please advise

  8. The divorce papers were issued to her and her ex-husband on the very day they went down to sign the papers, so does that mean that she is legal to marry again right after that?

as i believe that in singapore there's some sorta rule that have to wait 3 years and for thailand is 1 year? my bud is confused over this matter and how it might be associated with his soon-to-be wife's divorce

  9. Hi guys, i have a question to ask and i dont exactly know which section it should be it, so here i am:

I've got a good buddy of mine tt was together with a girl (not TG) for 3 years already and although she was married to aanother man (registered in thailand but both not thai)

1 is a burmese from yangon and 1 is singaporean.

and so now that the lady has already signed the divorced papers with her ex, she and my buddy would like to get on with life and procceed to marry.

he is unclear so am i so im asking how long must he wait before both of them are legal to marry again?

because this is a marriage in thailand but both are not locals, i was thinking that it might include laws from thier home country?

or is it once she and her ex signs the divorce papers, she is legally eligible to re-marry?

    thanks
