For now localbitcoins is not so safe because police is catching up people who are selling/buying coins to/from someone without license.

If you would like to sell BTC you could send it online and get it on your bank account or you could get QR code which allows you to withdraw money at their ATM.

I would say that you could ask about LTC, ETH or BCH as well ???? but please write them email first in case you do not want to change BTC but different coin.

According to my information there will be one company that will be running Bitcoin ATM in Pattaya, Thailand around 15th of November. They told me it will be placed somewhere nearby Jomtiem beach.
