  1. Do you think I have never been there?? I exhausted all the sources here.
  2. I went to the Consumer Protection Board last year. It is a shocked that only 3 officers were there. I can say I wasted my trip going there and a day and half talking about my complain, only to say they can't force the landlord if she's out of the country. What made me more angry was they didn't even type or put it on a database at least to show that you filed a complaint. So the next time you'll come over to follow up, you'll have to repeat yourself again. Good luck with that.
  3. I also tried to contact 1337 to complain about my landlord who did not follow the contract and any agreement. The lady on the line listened to me and said will try her best to contact my landlord. I kept following up for weeks now and it's annoying how I kept repeating explaining myself. I gave up Thailand. This is my 3rd time that I have problems with landlords and agents, where do we complain them if the whole government system is broken? Do we always have to give in and accept that "this is bs, forget and move on".??!!
  4. Thanks for this but I'm looking for someone who can go with me to the court. Of course it is cheaper to find online translator and it's available everywhere.
  5. Hi everyone, Does anyone came across hiring a thai translator for a labour case? I've read lots of posts here about their experiences but have not mention about hiring a translator. Even though the officers can understand and speak English, they require me to get a Thai translator. If anyone has resource where can I hire per day, please let me know. Thanks,
