Im outsider from Us politics. But always have think that people who live out from Us have vision. Early days if not always i have think honesty is best policy. If former President lie before in office , during in office, all the time after office. Only ask how you can trust that kind of man and vote him? Biggest ask is! Have take 2 times buss from Loei to BKK. One driver and not even one break for driver. About 10 houer to BKK buss station. Law say nothing about drivers break's. And how many semi driver is there who not sleep or even worse drive whit yaba in they system.

Check in normally after get in airport. Desk will ask officer in desk after find out your overstay. First question from officer going to be "do you have money". Hopefully have or journeys direction not going to be IO in airport. If have cash you go IO , pay fine and off you go. Whit few nice new stamp's in your passport!

It's not! It is fact. Booking flight from Bkk to some europe city is more cheap if doing it from europe.

Also need to clear browser when book (if have watched flights whit same computer before)! Easy money save 50 to 100 euro. Same inside europe! If i book flight from Helsinki to Bkk i pay more than like German , even he/she flight route is Frankfurt-Helsinki-Bkk. . If i book flight from Germany (use vpn) and book only Helsinki to Bkk its more cheap than if doing booking from Finland.

Know that many of you guy's live in Phuket and i thinking buy apartment or villa from Phuket. End relationship whit my Mrs. in North and want move close to osean and place where have different life style than what can call "Isaan" life. Just asking what you recommend to get own nice place! 

Budget can be even 1 million €. But want when im not in Thailand have some maintenance (cleaning etc.). Im normaly 6 month in Thailand and 6 month out. Hope get real advice's, nice if get more info from people who have knowledge!

And this has little to do with being rich or poor. As far as I know rich Thais also pay sinsod, millions to show how rich they are and how much they are in love and all that.

It seems to be accepted cultural standard for rich and poor Thais. And I think if we live in Thailand and want to marry a Thai then we should not ignore their culture and customs. 

 

One big "idea" about sinsod is: woman support if man just decide to leave her! In Thailand you get so easily divorce and you never need pay any alimony even have many kids! That's the real reason about sinsod! Like i pay child support to my ex wife every month + she get money from government every month coz she have minor child! In Thailand dont have that kind systems. Yes maybe leagaly have but not in real world! Woman status in Thailand is still under man's.

Be born whit gold spoon in my behind so never do anything. 

Why need change much money right away? Change what you needed at the time or chance in your home country small amount. Then watch where is best rate and good place whitout hassle to change  rest what needed.
