Why is it that almost all the depressions from the Pacific have to hit precisely central Vietnam (Da Nang) instead of South (Ho Chi Minh) or North (Hanoi) Vietnam, and mostly spare us in Thailand ?

There was a time when Thailand enjoyed a nice monsoon coming from the West.

Now, with the changing climate, Thailand has to deal with the disastrous typhoon season from the Pacific.

I can't understand why your nonsense complain.

All of these have been in place for long time.

Even simple extension retirement requires bank letter and even activity transaction on the day along with bankbook photocopy.

The home visit for marriage etc is to demonstrate your still together.

In Thailand if your separated then your marriage extension in not possible.

    How does your country work.

    Your post is very naive.

on the contrary, it's extremely informative for one and all to digest. DrJack54,as for you,it's simply arrogance and rudeness that's un-call for.We share and learn as one community.

I would like to share my experience to get the COE.

    (I already have visa)

    1. Look at the embassy's website. Find the list of repatriation flight.

    2. Contact the agency or the airline.

    3. Book or buy the ticket. You will get the confirmation document. You can use this document ask for the COE.

    4. After you get the confirmation from the airline. You need to book ASQ ( Many hotels no refund policy)

    5. After you book the flight and the ASQ you will get 2 documents.

    6. You need to apply COE with these documents and health insurance...

    7. Also note health insurance it must be cover minimum  3 months

    8. For ask COE. You don't need covid 19 test or fit to fly. The important documents are Flight, ASQ, health insurance, Visa

    9. The seats full very fast. If your documents already I recommend you to buy not just book. Because the most difficult is not get the COE but it is get a seat.

    well done and congrats!!!

Exactly. Hat Yai and UK. It's impossible, and it's not my fault they can't make the 15 day consideration period. We did everything they required in time. ????

I've seen some people on facebook who applied for ED that were told just to come back next week as their application hadn't been considered in time, and not get any kind of stamp, but that sounds just about as dodgy as what I was told today about applying for an embassy extension..

One suggestion in future is have a Livestream (Youtube) and record accordingly whatever verbally spoken between both parties to avoid situations like these. I did that but was given a tongue lashing nstead. I told the Official to keep his hands off my camera and would not hesitate to report him to the PM Office. he reluctantly did as told, despite having to put up with my arrogance....LOL. It works at times but there again, nobody seriously knows the real situation unless one's in it. meanwhile in Singapore, here i'm basking in the hot sunshine wondering what to do next.

  6. wasn't this addressed yesterday?/  Unless there is a cynical twist 24hrs later......

Deputy government spokesperson Traisuree Taisaranakul said on Tuesday (September 15) that the Cabinet has agreed to allow foreigners to live in Thailand for up to nine months per trip, provided they can prove they have spent 14 days in quarantine.

The first visit will allow 90 days of stay, which can then be extended twice totalling nine months.

This measure will start from next month, and up to 1,200 tourists per month will be granted this extended visa.

If you have it in you to do some research you might find that what Trump promised before election was mostly done.

No all of it because if the Chinese Wuhan Virus and the idiotic experts governments had to rely on because the bloody Chinese refused to tell anything.

The economic downturn was not started by this government but was brewing already before the (intentional) release of the virus by China.

Rather shortsighted to blame governments for reacting as they did on advices from "experts".

    Blame China!

I beg to differ on so many pointers to begin with. Where do i start? Wuhan Virus seems the best bet.For the :intelligent folks" as this case may be i might add,WHO has declared that the virus didn't originate from China but otherwise.
