Soi Dun

Turns out will be in Surin when the elephant festival is on (25-26th Dec). Assuming that it still goes ahead and doesn't get cancelled at the last minute would appreciate any input from those in the know as to which day is the best day to go, what time to be there, how long it all takes, what not to miss etc etc. Can't seem to find any kind of detailed programme online anywhere. Thanks in advance for any info.
