This site is a nightmare and did not work for the last two days. You would input lists of data and certs and then it would show an API server error and that was it! It was impossible to put children in. The Tune insurance would not take infants under 1 year old. The docs had to be JPEG a and it would not accept TIFF or PDF files. I tried Google chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Safari and none would work. Finally was able to get the Sucess page today, but no acknowledgement email after 6 hours.

Thailand should focus on the source of income that is stabilising the economies in many tourist destinations. Retirees! They certainly already outnumber sandbox tourists and “quality” tourists, by a long shot.
