  1. I am in China at present and I do not find the pollution at all bad. It was a beautiful sunny day in Shanghai today, so nice that i went for a walk. Did not see anything floating or rotting on my travels.Shanghai, Jiangsu, Souzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou. All looked pretty clean to me.

Fortunately, you are not one of the 1.2 million dead people due to pollution alone in the CCP-PRC.

Hey say what you see and thats exactly what I am doing. I don't see any evidence of what you posted

  2. If it's only one 24-seat bus every hour and limited to Patong, it's a joke. This is only a gesture to do something about all the negative transportation press Phuket gets. Even though, I predict there will aggressive resistance and attempts to disrupt the service as allowing to work will be seen as giving an unwanted inch. You know the old saying, "Give them an inch and they'll take a mile."

I wonder who they're going to convince to be the driver. Would you do it?

I certainly would not do it, but someone no doubt will and the will be putting unsuspecting tourists in harms way. This can't be right.

  3. My refunded deposit of 2,000 baht from True visions will pay for that. biggrin.png

Don't hold your breath waiting for that to come back. Took well over a year when we cancelled one of our connections.

Have cancelled with True twice before, both times deposit refunded after 2 months.

Ditto - I have also done this twice.

BTW A friend just tried to cancel and was offered 3 months at half price for the Gold package

As I mentioned previously I cancelled True a few days ago. The following day i got a call from True and they offered me a 900 Baht reduction over the next 3 months if I stay with them. Seems a bargain to me and will give the time to sort out a CTH provider.

  4. Hydrogen is highly inflammable. What will happen in a crash situation. Boom!

The idea behind the technology is that the H2O molecules are 'cracked' before entering the combustion chamber. Meaning that your petrol tank and your vehicle as a whole, is only storing water smile.png

Thanks for that information Garry. I was not aware that this could be done.
