Hi All I'm due my first Marriage Visa extension here in HH. I have visited immigration for their printed list of marriage instructions/notes. I have the 400k seasoned in the bank. Is anyone aware of any "other extra requirements " or surprises the immigration my spring upon us. I prefer NOT to an Agent I'm just looking for a pain free experience Your input is gratefully received

Can anyone please confirm how long MOFA take to legalize a Marriage Affirmation. As one translation service states 2 or 3 days another states 3 or 4 weeks Also is it mandatory to have your passport certified ? TIA

Hi All, I'm looking to buy a 2nd hand 4x2 or 4x4 small Truck. I'm interested in Isuza, Toyota Hilux or any other popular brand. My budget is around 250k baht, what would you consider a good buy and what Age / milage could i get for this budget. Car must be Fuel efficient & Low maintenance & repair What would you recommend on the following points 4x2 v 4x4 Diesel v Petrol Auotmatic v Manual Private v Showroom Anything to be especially wary off when buying a 2nd hand Truck ?
