In order to run a workshop for the manufacture of wooden articles, we are looking for our future
Site manager
As site manager, he / she ensures the proper management and organization of the entire site.
YOUR MISSION
• You manage production planning and define team objectives
• You guarantee deadlines and quality, according to the criteria set
• You define the necessary technical means
• You identify areas for continuous improvement and carry out corrective actions
• You ensure and optimize manufacturing costs.
• You support the members of your teams, according to their needs and are responsible for recruitment and training
YOUR PROFILE
• Holder of a cabinetmaker or carpenter CFC in dressing or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in managing a manufacturing site in Thailand
• Person, above all in the field, also having successful experience in leading teams
• Having strong leadership and the ability to work independently
• Results-oriented, with a sense of responsibility and strength of proposal
• Proactive, unifying and good communicator
• Fluent French and English or Thai
